The Specialist Dietitian will be supported by Advanced Dietitians to provide dietetic inpatient and outpatient care to Cardiology, neurorehabilitation, general paediatrics & gastroenterology patients. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality service for all allocated inpatient and outpatient caseloads. They will provide dietetic advice that is clinically evidence based and in line with best practice standards and appropriate to the patient group, cultures and social contexts of patients, families and carers. The applicant must hold Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists or European Board of Neuropathology or equivalent qualification. The applicant must hold Full and Specialist registration (and with a licence to practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC), or be eligible for registration within six months of interview. If the applicant is UK trained, they must also be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview. Together with other colleagues, to provide a high quality care service to patients.
