Job Summary This position is available at The Practice due to the current Practice Manager relocating for personal reasons. To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, Quality & CI, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations. Primary and secondary care clinicians from across the East of England have worked through a series of Task and Finish Groups to undertake a detailed needs assessment, identify key issues in dental service provision and developed clinical recommendations endorsed by the NHS East of England Steering Group in 2023. This next phase of the dental programme is to deliver and implement these recommendations across all six ICB localities within the East of England in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board will act as host for the programme management of this initiative on behalf of the other five ICBs. As the Senior Project Manager, the post holder will work as part of the Dental Recovery Task and Finish Project Team supporting managers and staff across the programme to deliver againstthe programme objectives, leading the delivery and implementation of a range of projects within the programme.
