The postholder will provide professional business advice and support to each of the three HCPs, ensuring that there is clear understanding of the financial position and that the financial targets are supported and delivered. The postholder will engage with place-based system finance leads to ensure that HCP strategic and annual financial plans are developed which will ensure the most effective use of resources in the interests of improving patient safety and care. The postholder will support the place-based system finance leads to produce joint HCP financial plan, ensuring that opportunities to achieve savings across the health and social care economy are realised. The postholder will engage with each of the three place-based system finance leads in implementing any investment decisions and alignment of incentives and risks within each HCPs and wider system to drive transformational change. The post holder will listen and take action to address concerns identified through a range of tools including the annual patient survey, real time patient feedback systems, PALs and formal complaints, providing regular feedback to patients, parents and staff on action taken with training and support for staff where appropriate. Work closely with and empower clinicians to achieve optimal decisions for overall patient care. Support clinicians to build pathways that are patient-centred and working with patients as partners in the delivery of excellent healthcare. Draft appropriate material for the MDO pages of the Trust intranet site and manage the team of administrators to ensure these pages remain up to date and relevant. Liaise with external bodies including the GMC, NHS England and the Royal Colleges in adopting best practice and complying with reporting requirements, as directed by the Head of Service Contribute to an aligned approach with colleagues across partner organisations within Kings Health Partners in the development of quality standards and the delivery of core services.
