To assist the Clinical Engineering team to provide technical support in all aspects relating to the preventative maintenance, inspection, repair and calibration of a wide range of patient-critical medical equipment; in a safe and professional manner and in accordance with departmental procedures, Trust policies, statutory regulations and the MHRAs Managing Medical Devices April 2015 edition. We are looking for a highly motivated Community Health Care Assistant to join our community nursing team, covering the service seven days a week. This role is key to the on-going development of the locality. You will be supported to work in an autonomous capacity seeing a group of delegated patients in their own homes. Current experience working in a community setting would be beneficial but is not essential. Your role will be key to integrated working within the community team which consists of community nurses, community matrons, therapists, assistant practitioners, other health care assistants and phlebotomists.
