You will work with service users with complex mental health needs to live independently and remain in their own home. You will act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords in order to answer any queries and troubleshoot any issues throughout the life of tenancies. The service works predominately Mon-Fri, 9-5.

Here is a summary: To manage a multi-disciplinary team, in a custodial environment ensuring a high standard drug and alcohol recovery service is delivered in response to the needs of the service users as part of Inclusion and MPFT. Ensure a full range of psychosocial interventions that motivate and support service users to achieve recovery and positive outcomes within a recovery-orientated substance misuse treatment service. To be responsible for the provision of a drug and alcohol recovery service (incorporating assessment, recovery planning, casework coordination and psycho-social interventions) to problem drug and alcohol users located within the prison establishment. To effectively supervise liaison and develop links with partner agencies to provide a through-care service for prisoners from the point of entry into the prison system to release into the community so that re-offending is reduced and the health, well-being and social functioning of Service User is improved. To contribute and work within the prison and wider drug strategy. To be responsible for implementing Inclusion policies, protocols, SOPs and developing LOPs in conjunction with the clinical prescribing team and mental health team.

To provide a specialist psychological service within the specified service, to adults with mental health difficulties. To work with clients individually online/remotely. To be responsible for conducting psychological interviews, deriving information from self-report measures, rating scales, psychometrics, direct and indirect structured observations and semi- structured interviews with clients and others involved in the clients care, interpreting complex data and giving feedback effectively and with sensitively. Under the supervision and guidance of Lead/Senior Occupational Therapist to: - take responsibility for a clinical caseload in the area of work. The post holder under the leadership of the AHP Clinical Placement Quality Lead and AHP Professional Lead for Workforce will: Be responsible for delivering on MPFTs AHP Fair Share placement expansion programme for their HCPC registered professional group. Work closely with partner provider organisations, placement leads and HEIs providing their HCPC AHP pre-registration courses to support and achieve local practice placement expansion priorities for their profession. Undertake placement capacity mapping internally within MPFT. Lead and implement innovative models of student clinical placement education in practice within MPFT. Work to quality ensure, evidence based student clinical placements are delivered by appropriately trained clinical educators in MPFT supporting the delivery of AHP Educator Career Framework. Create an equitable and accessible environment that enables AHP learners to access their clinical placement who have a variety of learning needs such as neurodiversity and or dyslexia.
