Associate Director, Quality Control, Site Microbiology SME

The position of Associate Director in Quality Operation will play a key role in supporting sitewide on the microbiology expertise, not limited to, Quality Microbiology Laboratory, Manufacturing and Utilities. The role will ensure and maintain high standards of quality and compliance within our organization.

Associate Director, Regional Regulatory Planning Lead

Change Service Team Lead for Chief Technology Officer Organization

Role Description:

The CTO (Chief Technology Organization) Change Service Lead at Associate Director level will be based in the Singapore Technology Center and will have responsibility to establish a centralized tiered change service function to service to all CTO initiatives and product teams. Service levels will range from self-service for most product teams to full-service for our highest priorities. Change services, including templates, will be based on the Prosci ADKAR methodology. We consider communications one of the major tools to execute on change, so the services will include curation of communication channels and presentation assets, including videos and graphics. The expectation is that the Change Service Lead and the team they lead will be hands-on experts at using both change and communication tools, as well as able to upskill others.

Position Overview:

This role will play a critical role in supporting the AP markets in executing launch planning efforts, competitive readiness activities, and the commercial implementation of the global brand strategy for our pneumococcal portfolio, across in-line and Pipeline products viz VAXNEUVANCE, CAPVAXIVE, and RSV. The primary focus will be on driving the launch acceleration and excellence of PCV vaccines across the AP countries and ensuring state-of-the-art launch execution in each key market with a particular focus on the awareness of healthcare providers and consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Localize, Adapt and Execute the AP HPV Strategy

• Develop the customer strategy aligned to the HPV Masterbrand narrative, inclusive of HCP, HCC, others to support the Adolescent and Adult HPV business for the AP region
• Work closely with the digital, data & social media teams to develop and execute Content Marketing and Customer Insights
• Localize, adapt and execute the AP HPV Masterbrand strategy and enterprise-wide narrative for the HPV Franchise focused on protecting Adolescents and Adults who missed the opportunity from prevention against HPV related cancers and diseases
• Collaborate directly with the regional centralized digital marketing models to ensure alignment with the global HPV Masterbrand content & strategy
• Guide regional agencies on brand narrative and content development and approvals.
• Deliver an “iterative approach mindset” across L3 Listen, Lead, Learn in planning and execution to ensure the regional franchise dynamically responds to market needs.

Partner with the Digital, Market and Agency teams

The Regulatory Liaison role is a broad role encompassing all aspects of regulatory strategy to support countries in region, including clinical, CMC and risk management requirements, and oversight of strategic regional labelling issues. In this role, the Regulatory Liaison has responsibilities including:

• Serves as single POC for specific products for country and HQ.
• Provides regionally focused strategic input to product development across region and across portfolio.
• Contributes to region specific aspects of a development strategy.
• Leads identification of regional specific elements of submissions.
• Owns and leads the overall regional product regulatory strategy, including the corporation and maintenance of regulatory requirements for health authority registration approval.
• Monitors and communicates key strategic issues related to program progress and issues to/from countries and HQ.
• Helps ensure HA deficiency letters are appropriately addressed in a timely manner, by providing specific input from the regional perspective.
• Triages questions and responds to those asking about location of certain information in the dossier and forwards those to HQ which require subject matter expertise.
• Ensures alignment of strategy and priorities for portfolio of products with stakeholders
• Contributes to development and execution of regional regulatory policy issues.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Bachelor graduate degree in pharmacy, biological science, chemistry, or related discipline required with at least 10 years’ experience in regulatory affairs is required.

· Individuals with other credentials and who possess an excellent working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs or Clinical Research gained within industry would be considered.

· Outstanding, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; outstanding collaborative skills with an ability to work both proactively and reactively in a timely manner in a dynamic fast-paced environment

· Ability to assess, prioritize, and complete multiple projects, tasks, and/or responsibilities;

· Able to manage complex problems/projects by exercising independent decision making and analytical thinking skills

· Knowledge/experience of regulations, registration guidelines and regulatory processes for NCEs and product life cycle maintenance in general and preferably in the intended region

· Ability to work independently to achieve results; ability to work in cross-functional and international environment; detail- and goal-oriented, quality conscientious, and customer-focused;

· Ability to adhere to strict project timelines; strong team player; good judgment and problem solving skills, with ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems in a timely manner

· Fluent written and spoken English is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Regional Security Director, the Associate Director Regional Security (ADRS), AP is responsible for providing security support across a wide range of services in Asia Pacific, for people and assets and operations, which include sales and marketing; manufacturing; and research. Incumbents are also responsible for providing lawful, objective and thorough support for internal and external investigations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide tactical & strategic security support to AP operations.

· Establish and maintain seamless interface with AP management and operations.

· Support the analysis of security exposures and implement cost effective passive, reactive, and proactive programs to address these exposures.

· As directed by Regional Security Director, conduct/support internal and external investigations within AP. Will be required to travel extensively.

· Maintain close liaison with government, industry, security, and intelligence professionals within the AP markets.

· Provide guidance and support to site operations within AP ensuring that worldwide standards, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

· Provide support as directed in the areas of Executive Protection, Crisis Management, Site Security Surveys, and Risk Assessment / Risk Analysis.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) or equivalent.

· Security professional with 5-10 years’ experience in corporate security and/or 5-10 years’ experience in law enforcement within AP.

· Strong background in investigations.

· Ability to identify security issues and customize & implement solutions.

· Proven ability to work in varying situations, from committee work in which a “team player” approach is essential to situations in which considerable independence and self-motivation is required.

· Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to breaking situations. Sound, proven judgment is a must.

· Fluent English language skills.
