Social Value & ER Manager

Purpose of Role

• To ensure that the tendered Social Value commitments are met
• To manage recruitment and onboarding for the Surrey contract
• In conjunction with the SCAM and OSM/ Base Managers, manage ER issues in line with company policies & procedures
• Promote positive ER within the contract

People

• To be the primary contact for applicants & new starters ensuring a positive recruitment & onboarding experience
• To build relationships with relevant external stakeholders i.e. Job Centre to support recruitment commitments
• As the ER manager - must be approachable and supportive to colleagues to foster the same work environment
• To be flexible - carry out any other duties as and when required by the management
• To be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders

Customers/Clients

• To provide quarterly reports on progress on agreed SV commitments. Current commitments are:

1. Employing local people - 71% of Surrey workforce will be from Surrey growing 1% each year

3. Shadowing programme - for homeless/unemployed for long period experiencing the role, if they want employment they will be offered a position.

7. Work placements/experience - support a local school with their leavers each year - work experience, mock interviews

• Attend and provide updates at client meetings

• To provide management information/reports as and when necessary for the Senior Client Account Manager

Civil Enforcement Officer Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Civil Enforcement Officer (also known as an on-street parking attendant or traffic warden) to join our Transportation team. We have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to help support in the successful running of our Hampshire County Council parking enforcement contract. You will report directly into the Client Account Manager and will, through your team leaders, have responsibility for the civil enforcement team of 40, who deliver high levels of customer service every day. This is a great role in a unique and evolving industry, our managers are instrumental in the ongoing success of our business.

You will be involved with maintaining and developing relationships with our client and be the primary contact for any issues. Additionally, you will make sure that the Civil Enforcement Officers are performing to maximal efficiency whilst adhering to strict health and safety and compliance procedures.

What you'll be doing

• Making sure that all our colleagues are managed consistently and fairly, and they are fully trained
• Deal with payroll queries with the support of the admin team
• Being the primary point of contact for our client
• Producing and providing MI and reports
• Support with disciplinary and grievance hearings
• Manage, plan, and co-ordinate the work of your team leaders
• You will monitor and shape operational KPI's.
• Dealing with all written customer enquiries and complaints
• Prepare the monthly enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those on-going on a daily basis

As a Case Handler, you will look after our ongoing cases on behalf of our clients and customers. As the middle point between the two, you will be responsible for ongoing communications over telephone and email, working towards a set target to ensure that cases are handled in an efficient and effective manner.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing an existing caseload with the support of your team


• Contacting customers and clients by telephone and email, and ensuring communication between the two


• Liaising with our enforcement team to ensure caseload enquiries are being followed up


• Working to deadlines to ensure the most efficient services is provided


• Report writing/invoicing
