Job Description:
-Involved in tendering exercise right up to completion to select bidders, preparation of tender documents and tender submission as well as contract award.
-Take-off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ, drawings and specifications for the quotations).
-Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.
-Pre and post tender/contract negotiation, administration, and monitoring.
