Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) is a core function of the NHS and is a statutory requirement of the Civil Contingencies Act (CCA) 2004. Responding to emergencies is a key requirement within the NHS Act (2006). The role of NHS England in EPRR relates to potentially disruptive threats outlined in the National Security Risk Assessment and leading the NHS response, as required, during emergency situations. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the North East and Yorkshire Regional team within NHS England for a Chief Nurse. 3. Ability to identify and help deliver improvements in the AoB and IFRS 16 processes together with other processes led by the Central Financial Management Team

4. Accurately prepare, analyse and present data from a variety of sources. Good communication skills with the ability to present, interpret & explain the numbers to finance & non finance colleagues including technical financial information and concepts advising colleagues of the implications of the data

5. Good written & communication skills to provide advice on and monitor compliance with financial policies/guidance across the business for all activities within own area and the ability to explain accounting, transactional and policy requirements to stakeholders
