We are supporting roles located across the UK, 17 in total, due to a restructure within the organisation creating 19 new roles within the L&D Team.
An organisation that will put you through training to develop and study further within L&D; CIPD, Diplomas & Accreditations.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will have the opportunity to travel across your specific region, delivering in-person training sessions across a wide range of areas. You will take the lead on delivering engaging and interactive sessions while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of service within the organisation. You will also get involved in project work too!

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate interactive learning sessions
• Deliver training using a range of methods; virtual sessions, blended learning approaches and in-person workshops
• Provide one on one training and group coaching
• Conducting training needs analysis
• Identify any gaps in skills and knowledge across your region
• Collaborate with the wider L&D team to design, develop and implement tailored learning programmes
• Implement coaching strategy
• Involved in Project work

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have experience working in an L&D environment and providing coaching / training for over 3 years.
• A highly creative L&D Professional
• Must have a driving licence and car to travel around the region
• Experience designing, engaging and creating learning programmes
• Able to deliver training individually or in group sessions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and travel requirements
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS platforms) and E-learning platforms

This firm have a presence across the North West. With over 30 years of experience and establishment they specialise in departments ranging from audit and advisory to tax and more, servicing a varied portfolio of clients, typically professional services based, for you to further your practical knowledge.

Your new role
You will be placed into a successful and talented team of accounts professionals to work alongside daily. Your day-to-day duties will involve preparing year-end financial statements for clients whilst building long-lasting relationships with them and helping them when required. You will be completing VAT returns and have bookkeeping duties. You will support the Accounts Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need previous accountancy practice experience. Previous experience preparing statutory accounts for a mixed bag of clients, preparing VAT returns and experience with bookkeeping will be required to be successful in this role. Ideally this candidate will be AAT qualified or close to qualification or studying ACA/ACCA.

The organisation is now recruiting for a Business Analyst on the Retail side of the business which acts as a Systems Integrator for a large retail business, operating an integrated retail solution. This encompasses point of sale, back-office retail functionality, warehouse management, supply chain, distribution and data warehousing. The successful Business Analyst will add capability to the existing IT function, taking ownership of requirements definition and analysis, and systems process documentation. The company is looking for an experienced and professional senior payroll officer to develop and co-ordinate business-wide processes and payroll procedures. Your new role

In your new role, you will support the entire payroll process with a hands-on approach whilst working with the Payroll systems lead manager to identify issues and review current processes, for up to the payroll of 2000 employees being paid on a monthly basis. Also, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee payroll calculations are entered/calculated, you will meet strict payroll deadlines and have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Whilst staying up to date with any payroll legislation and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and highly professional with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. You will work for a large market leading company with an office based in Central Manchester on a hybrid basis. The company is looking for a Payroll Officer/Specialist to join the team processing end to end payroll across the business.

Your new role

You will run end to end payroll on a monthly basis and be the first point of contact for employees on any payroll queries. You will keep Payroll files up to date and accurate and run the monthly reporting of pension auto-enrolment. Ensure Payroll is HMRC compliant and HMRC returns are completed efficiently. You will be the point of contact for internal and external auditors and process any new Starters, Movers or Leavers. You will also work closely with the Finance team to ensure payroll costs are accurate.

You will have previous experience in a similar position processing end to end payroll. . Advanced Excel, including V-LOOKUP and Pivot tables, are also needed for this position. You will be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of payroll and work to meet deadlines.
