This is a new Property Administrator (12 Month FTC - Maternity) job working as part of a positive, experienced and knowledgeable facilities management team.
This will be a busy and varied job; duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure maintenance works are scheduled.
• Ensure checks are in place and works are logged correctly and updated on a continuous basis. Arrange reactive and planned maintenance.

Your new role
This is a new Ledger Analyst job. The main purpose of this new job is to maintain and actively resolve historical and current issues within a specific portfolio; reconciliation and allocation of cash and monitoring of bad debt exposure; ensuring all inward payments to third parties are made; liaising and updating 4 key teams across the business. Duties will be varied, and include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the management of payable amounts (inward balances) on designated accounts.
• Responsible for the investigation and reconciliation of unallocated cash.
• Ensure that all cash received is posted to the ledgers and reconciled with technical transactions within 30 days of receipt.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will need to be proactive, highly motivated and willing to learn new skills and systems; have previous ledger reconciliation experience which can demonstrate the ability to prioritise and break down complex tasks; insurance or financial services experience is beneficial, as well as being punctual and having the ability to ensure deadlines are met.

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing and executing various digital projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Your project management expertise, leadership skills, and strategic mindset will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency in our digital initiatives - the creation of a digital power station.

Project Manager responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects at any one time with a strong focus on infrastructure projects, as well as introducing new digital solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Assuring and overseeing the development and execution of a stakeholder engagement plan to manage relationships, ensuring buy-in, timely involvement and commitment of key stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and proactively develop mitigation plans to address them.

• Work closely with our Governance team to ensure projects are delivered within the regulations set out for auditability.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project deliveries, within the digital and IT domain and experience in infrastructure projects is very advantageous.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software; maintaining a focus on project costs and outputs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication (written/verbal) at all levels of the organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certifications are advantageous

This is a newly created Document Controller and Site Administrator joining an industrious team. This is a varied role where previous construction experience is essential; the Document Control/Site Administrator will manage the document control process on this project, liaising internally with the site team, and externally with the client. The post holder will also manage all site documentation. Duties include but not limited to:

• Proactively lead and manage document control on selected project/s, being the first point of contact for all document control issues
• To update and maintain the company share drive with all project documentation including H&S and Q&A
• Weekly material/plant/waste returns and scanning/filing of all site documents
• Monthly environmental report
• Updating site drawing register
• Onboarding and security clearance
• Collecting and chasing paperwork
• Chasing operatives to respond to email once cleared
• Booking in the inductions
• Booking in visitors for temporary passes
• Booking in deliveries
• Chasing for the correct information/booking forms from the supply chain
• Investigating transport failings / complaints
• Requesting App log in codes for haulier/drivers
• Checking app usage and chasing those not using
• Completing waste and materials trackers
• Arranging vehicle passes

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will need:

• Experience as a Document Controller, preferably with a Main Contractor
• Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site
• Construction understanding and background
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
• Excellent IT skills - Excel/Microsoft Word knowledge.
• Datascope & CEMAR experience is desirable, but full training will be given.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
