About you

About the project:
You will be leading an ERP Transformation project for one of ourClients, a global humanitarian organisation. They currently use PeopleSoftFinance and PeopleSoft HR as their ERP systems. Your role will be to initiatethe project and plan the scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables. You willalso manage the stakeholders and vendors until the project is handed over to apermanent staff member.


Key Responsibilities:

• Designand plan the programme/project structure to achieve the agreed vision andoutcomes
• Developand manage a comprehensive set of project documents, from project initiation,discovery and business case, to implementation and closure
• Allocate,manage and empower project resources effectively and efficiently to completetasks on time and meet project milestones
• Managerelationships and contractual obligations with external suppliers and partners
• Managerisks, issues, dependencies and ensure appropriate mitigations to meet projecttimeline, objectives and outcomes
• Establishand maintain strong relationships with sponsor groups, stakeholders and projectsDelivery team to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
• ReportProgramme/project progress through agreed governance
• MonitorProject budgets and ensure projects are executed within the approved financiallimits
• Collaboratewith business and technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to BAU
• QualityAssurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure high quality ofproject deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction
• ContinualImprovement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learntto improve future project delivery efficiency and effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed:

• Provenexperience of successfully managing and delivering large transformationalstrategic change programmes/projects from start to finish
• Experienceof business change for significant organisation transformation change
• Highproficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile,Waterfall, and Hybrid
• Abilityto work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities across theproject team
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guideand support cross-functional teams and partners
• Strongleadership capabilities with the ability to empower, motivate, support andmentor staff
• Analyticaland a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions
• Detail-orientedwith exceptional organisational skills
