This is a mixed construction role which will involve dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters. Therefore, candidates with previous experience of doing both lines of construction work will be of particular interest to my client. Your new role

• Using AutoCAD, you'll be responsible for supporting the effective running and management of an operational commercial estate portfolio.
• You'll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
• You'll work with our Health & Safety team to make sure all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively, as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related order requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in project management from a client side or consultancy position.
• The ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project.
• Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.

A real estate company based in Leeds City Centre is looking for an administrator to join the team on a temporary basis starting ASAP.
The post will be around 2 - 3 months, potentially longer.


Main duties will include:

• Maintaining information in regard to all projects carried out by the team.
• Being the first point of contact; taking responsibility for knowing each member of the team's area of responsibility and being able to provide responses/guidance in their absence.
• Raising new instructions/files and work orders and invoices.
• Inputting information into the database.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working as a property administrator - but this is not essential.
The role will be paying £23 - 25k - paid at an hourly rate on a weekly basis.
