Responsibilities.
* Manage the contract administration process for all contracts within the utilities/waste industry, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Review, analyse, and interpret contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations departments, to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected and executed.
* Authorising 3rd party completed work on payment authorisation systems.
* Submitting financial reports to clients ensuring accuracy including pre-auditing.
* Managing team to ensure accurate scheduling of planned and reactive work.
* Managing changes and scheduled work activities.
* Accurate recording of planned work.
* Generate audit reports on clients Vehicles.
* Purchasing skips as and when required for the client.
* Auditing Southern waters OOH's works orders.
* Updating all financial details on management systems.
* Support with preparation of performance reports.

Contract Administration Manager's H&S responsibilities are:
* Understand and comply with the company H&S policies and procedures.
* Influence and promote positive H&S culture.
* Report any H&S issues to Line manager/SHEQW department within 2 hours of incident.
* Workplace and welfare housekeeping is maintained.

Monday - Friday 42.5hrs PW.
