Summary of Role:
Lead a team of business performance analysts to integrate the strategy of the individual businesses into the overall enterprise level strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team of business performance analysts to integrate the strategy of the individual businesses into the overall enterprise level strategy. Focus on business strategy and deliver analysis and insights that help senior leadership team guide the enterprise through tactical and strategic decisions. Lead the implementation of several strategic initiatives to help improve the business performance. Lead the annual business plan process which includes an enterprise-level 3yr (medium term) and 7yr (long term) business outlook. Develop long-term commercial and financial targets, manage semiconductor production capacity across global facilities, and manage the P&L from Revenue to Gross margin. Work closely with senior leaders in the company to prepare analysis and presentations used in both internal and external communication, including to the board of directors of the company. Supervises 3 subordinates at Staff Finance Business Operations and Senior Staff Finance Business Operations level.
Other Responsibilities:
· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
· Education – Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance or closely related field of study.
· Experience - Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance or closely related field of study and 3 years of experience in the job offered, business development role or a similar occupation. Requires 3 years of international manufacturing industry experience in: (1) business strategy projects including business growth, competitive benchmarking, commercial and financial due diligence (2) qualitative and quantitative analysis (3) working in international cross functional teams (4) running annual long range business planning cycle and presenting to senior-level stakeholders (5) financial modeling with understanding of P&L statements. 20% international travel required.
Salary range: $145,986 – $210,100
