Job Summary

Reporting to the Director (Corporate Communications), the Executive/Senior Executive (Corporate Communications) will assist in managing the full spectrum of FAS/SPL communications functions including conceptualisation and implementation of creative media and communications strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the management in supervising the Corporate Communications team on achieving departmental KPIs
• Monitor, manage and provide critical analysis of daily media reports. Prepare weekly reports. Handle feedback and conflict resolution
• Analyse the nature and angle of media enquiries. Strategize and coordinate responses to media queries
• Establish good collaborative working relationships with various key media
• Develop and execute vibrant public relations plans to communicate key messages, generate publicity for FAS, SPL and our partners
• Solicit feedback and information from our stakeholders to enable the FAS and SPL to be more responsive to external expectations. Attend to external enquiries and complaints
• Research, evaluate and drive content development based on the content strategy. This includes bylines, social media content, and speaking content
• Implement social media strategies, monitor data from our digital platforms and discover insights to better and produce/curate content for platforms
• Ensure compliance of media directives by all departments, SPL clubs and standing committees. Manage all creative services and handle databases and library of materials
• Provide editorial support to the FAS and SPL websites
• Assist in FAS/SPL events with the overall objective of creating publicity for the organization and/or stakeholders
• Provide administrative support and any other assigned tasks to ensure smooth running of the department operations

The Head Analyst reports directly to the Director (National U22 and “A” Teams) and is responsible for leading the technical analysis of training sessions and matches for the Men’s, Women’s, and Young Lions National Teams.

This role involves delivering tactical and technical insights through video and data analysis to enhance teams’ and individuals’ performances. Additionally, the Head Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing Singapore's next generation of football analysts by serving as an educator and running football analysis courses.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Analysis

• Filming & Archiving: Record and archive all training sessions and matches of the Singapore Senior National Teams, Young Lions (Singapore Premier League), and international opponents.
• Technical & Tactical Analysis: Analyse and provide insights on team and player performance for technical and tactical feedback sessions with the National Team Head Coaches, Technical Director, coaching staff, and players.
• Scouting: Conduct opponent analysis, prepare pre-match scouting reports, and deliver video presentations to the coaching staff for tactical preparations.

Data & Video Management

• Data Analysis: Process and analyse individual and team performance data to produce insights, including video showreels highlighting key moments, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Live Match Coding: Perform real-time coding and analysis during matches and training sessions for use in post-match reviews.
• Video Library Management: Maintain an organised database and video library, ensuring footage is archived and shared via the FAS file-sharing platform.

Coaching Support

• Strategy Development: Use video and data analysis to assist the coaching staff in developing match strategies and tactical adjustments.
• Coaching Integration: Collaborate with the National Team coaching staff during training sessions, meetings, and matches to offer analytical support and recommendations.

Department Leadership

• Team Management: To lead the football analysis department, mentoring and overseeing junior analysts and ensuring high-performance analysis standards are upheld across all national teams.
• Course Instruction: To serve as the lead instructor for football analysis courses, helping to educate and grow the community of local football analysts in Singapore.

Additional Responsibilities

Job Description

· Human Capital Administration

o Administer and maintain HC Hub

o Provide basic HC business partnership with assigned departments

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head, National Teams Management, the Executive, National Teams Management is responsible in assisting in the operational running of administrative and logistical issues related to National Teams training (priority to the National Women’s A team), matches and competitions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative

· To liaise with FIFA, AFC, foreign MAs, SNOC, WPL/NL Competitions to ensure that all registration procedures and formalities are performed and completed in advance for the National Teams.

· To ensure that all travel arrangements including application of leave for players and part-time officials, air-tickets, visa applications, accommodation, travel insurance, travel allowance, and other team documents (e.g. travel info, rooming list, team-list, etc.) are in order before the National Teams’ departure.

· To assist and prepare the necessary documents (e.g. cash advance statement, submission of boarding passes) when team returns from overseas travel.

· To keep a record of matches played, including goals and cautions for tournaments (e.g. FIFA/AFC tournaments) as well as players’ National “A” Team Caps record;

· To ensure that the necessary applications and documents are completed and submitted on time to continue being eligible for SportSG support services.

· To work closely with Football Sports Science and Medicine department to ensure that players needs are met (eg nutrition, hygiene, injury prevention, match analysis, etc).

· To prepare the necessary training schedule and disseminate to the relevant parties (e.g. coaches, support staff, corporate communications, etc.).

· To liaise between National Team players and our sponsors and events.

· To monitor the well-being of National Team players and their social media behaviour.

Logistics

· To ensure that the equipment and apparel orders are in place and delivered when required.

· To keep an inventory record of the equipment and apparel that have been delivered and provide the necessary product code and quantity if top-up order is required.

· To work on the logistics preparation of equipment and supplies when necessary.

Players’ Welfare

· To work on the Players Welfare Programme and a Post Career Plan and implement it for the benefit of the players.

· To work together with the Coach Education Department in updating the latest Coaching Course dates as well as registration paperwork for current and past players.

Job Summary

The Referee Development Officer (RDO) will assist in the administrative operations of the Referees Department (RD), while reporting to the Lead, Development (Referees). The RDO shall support and develop all levels and areas of refereeing in accordance with the objectives of the RD and FAS. The RDO will assist in the completion of special projects such as referee courses and workshops, including planning of training and cohesion programmes for our match officials and referee coaches. Ensure procurement procedures and financial regulations are strictly adhered to in relation to RD purchases.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Maintain a database of all referees including their pathways, assessments, feedback, classifications, certifications, and accurate contact information

· Work with the Lead Development, to facilitate programmes and the overall well-being of the match officials, as well as communicate effectively with the stakeholders, leagues, and football community.

· Assist the Lead Development with the set-up and execution of programmes such as referee courses, camps, workshops, welfare events, etc.

· Assist with the deployment of referees to grassroots and amateur level matches.

· Processing of monthly referee’s allowance submissions for all match officials.

· Conduct recruitment outreach, collaboration activities with schools and other identified relevant establishment.

· Assist internal stakeholders such as referee technical instructors/coaches, fitness instructors/coaches, assessors, and volunteers with administrative task.

· Assist with accurate control of department assets such as but not limited to referee apparels and equipment, course supplies and office supplies.

· Work with the Corporate Communications department on a communications plan for the output of refereeing journals and publications.

· Ensure procurement procedures and financial regulations are strictly adhered to in relation to RD purchases.

· Assist with planning, recommending, and maintaining of the department budget.

Pre-requisites

· Diploma / Degree in a related discipline or comparable work experience.

· A love for football and enthusiastic about and committed to the development of referees,

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work autonomously and effectively and with a strong attention to details,

· Proficient abilities with Microsoft Office applications especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.).

· Good presentation and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Administration of National Teams U-16, U-19 and “A” teams and Girl’s National Development Centres (NDC) – which includes correspondence to schools and employers, updating of players’ documents, travel arrangements, entry visa procedures, insurance, attendance records, allowances claims, registration of players and officials on AFCAS or other Confederations/Federations as necessary.

· Provide operational support to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all related activities, processes, and procedures in the key areas for compliance and transparency are adhered to.

· Handles administrative support in the efficient management of activities, programmes, events and other initiatives in the key areas of Grassroots & Women’s Football

· Handles the department’s procurement of equipment, apparel and other items to ensure the smooth delivery of Grassroots & Women’s Football development programmes.

· Assist the department in preparing reports for various events such as FAS Congress, FAS Women’s Football Committee meetings, AFC and FIFA women’s football reports, etc
