Key Responsibilities of a Data Coordinator:

The Site Supervisor will have experience of Civil Engineering Construction including Rising Mains, Sewers and Reinforced Concrete to work on the Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework covering South London and Thames Valley.



The role will be based in Mogden, South West London.

What you’ll be doing as a Site Supervisor:



Managing site projects and teams ensuring a zero compromise to Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing to all the employees
Timely implementation of business management processes in respect of site works and conducts site inductions, briefings, tests and inspections, forward planning, coaching of site staff, cost and document control as applicable

The Site Supervisor will have experience of Civil Engineering Construction including Rising Mains, Sewers and Reinforced Concrete to work on the Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework covering South London and Thames Valley.

The role will be based in Mogden, South West London.

The role will be working Monday to Friday.

What you’ll be doing as a Site Supervisor:

• Managing site projects and teams ensuring a zero compromise to Health, Safety, En-vironment and Wellbeing to all the employees
• Timely implementation of business management processes in respect of site works and conducts site inductions, briefings, tests and inspections, forward planning, coaching of site staff, cost and document control as applicable
• Maintain progress and cost records, promote knowledge and understanding of Quali-ty, Safety and Environmental matters on construction sites and offices
• Management of subcontractors including induction and interface liaison
• Liaison and maintaining relationships with operational staff and key stakeholders
• Oversee the operational resource / activity within areas of your responsibility and that it conforms to statutory requirements and company policies
• Assist with the auditing process ensuring the timely close out of actions arising from internal and external audits
• Inform management of issues with suppliers, subcontractors, site personnel etc. so that they can be escalated as required
• Ensure that your projects are effectively resourced and that key personnel are re-tained and developed delivering accurate and timely engineering data to support de-sign, construction and handover of projects
• Working on Deep shaft excavation, Pipe laying PE/DI, Pressure testing etc

• Telehandler CPCS blue card
• Work away as and when required
• Banksman Slinger CPCS blue card
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Confined Space Medium Risk
• Lift Supervisor
• Site Supervisor
• SSSTS with Gold or Black Card (Essential)
