We are looking for:

An ambitious and motivated registered social worker to join our Women’s Service Team in Falkirk. Applicants will have experience of working with individuals involved in the Justice System and practice experience in working with women. You will have experience of the case management of individuals subject to community-based orders and licences, be a proficient report writer with a proven ability to assess and manage risk. You must have a good knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to justice services and be accredited in the use of risk assessment tools.

This social worker will work as part of the Women’s Service team to deliver bespoke, needs led, trauma informed and gender specific support to women receiving services. This will be in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Justice Services.

An experienced, motivated, and ambitious Assistant Team Manager to work alongside our Team Manager to lead and support service delivery, and to provide high quality support and supervision to team members in our Court and Early Intervention Team.

The Assistant Team Manager will work as part of the Justice Services Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Justice Services, both locally and nationally.

Applicants must be a qualified social worker, trained in all relevant risk assessment tools, have significant operational experience in justice social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers. Occupational Therapist (Community Care Worker) - Social Work Adult Services – Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership

This is an exciting time for Occupational Therapists to join the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership. We have recently appointed a senior locality leadership team that is committed to ongoing professional practice development and career progression. We are fully committed to strengthening professional practice. We are currently undergoing a wide-scale service transformation that will not only improve outcomes for our services users, their carers, families and communities, but will also see the development of a stronger Social Work service within the partnership.

Working with local communities and a wide range of partners, our services continue to develop to support our ambition to help adults live safe, healthy and independent lives by offering enhanced preventative, pro-active and responsive community services.

We are now looking to appoint a number of Occupational Therapists for our teams across the partnership. Full time permanent and temporary posts are available across the locality teams.

You will be a motivated Occupational Therapist who is both enthusiastic and committed to improving the lives of our service users and our communities, who practises in a way that promotes better outcomes and focusses on strengths, rather than deficits. We are particularly interested in hearing from Occupational Therapists with skills in reablement focussed assessment.

You will join one of our multi-skilled teams; working closely with colleagues from within the health and social care partnership, in addition to a wide and growing range of external partners.

An experienced, motivated, and ambitious Social Work Assistant to join our Assessment and Case Management Team. The post is offered on a fulltime, temporary 18-month contract.

The Social Work Assistant will work in partnership with justice social workers and support agencies to deliver interventions and support to clients who are subject to community sentences and post-release licence supervision. Applicants must have experience of working as part of a team. Previous experience of working with adults and young people involved with the criminal justice system, along with a working knowledge of issues impacting on offending behaviour, would be advantageous.
