Primary Responsibilities

2. Review, revise and update a variety of employment-related agreements and HR policies, and provide guidance to HR and business teams on implementation.
3. Manage employee equity compensation-related arbitration; advise on equity compensation issues (including plan design, establishment, administration, and management).

Position Requirements

1. Legal qualification from Singapore or an international jurisdiction.
