We're looking for a Lead Data Delivery Manager to join us in Manchester on a 24-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll guide colleagues from across multiple teams to help them deliver data products and services across Co-op. We'll look to you to determine and implement the most effective delivery strategy based on the specific needs of each project. • Create and implement strategies that meet project needs and partner expectations

• Collaborate with colleagues to accurately scope and estimate work packages, ensuring the timelines are realistic and achievable
• Manage our DevOps Board to improve collaboration and communication within your delivery teams
• Identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) throughout projects
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Demand Planning Assistant
£23,400 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)

We're looking for a motivated Demand Planning Assistant to join our category team. In this role, you'll be supporting colleagues within category teams, helping to make sure that things are running smoothly, and providing high quality administrative support. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills, and to gain valuable exposure across Co-op's Supply Chain. At Co-op Legal Services we're passionate about developing our colleagues. Case Manager

In this role, you'll provide legal and administrative support to our customers following a bereavement. Legal Technical Supervisor - Estate Planning

Due to continued growth of the department, we're looking for an additional technical supervisor to join our estate planning team at Co-op Legal Services.

In this role, you'll oversee technical supervision, training, and case quality throughout the department, giving technical legal advice and support to colleagues, making sure we're providing the best service for our clients. We'll also look to you to line manage a high performing team of experienced case supervision lawyers, making sure they're meeting performance targets and providing upskilling where required. This role would suit someone who has been a professional support lawyer in the field of private client or has extensive technical estate planning knowledge and experience and is looking to develop their managerial skills. There's no client facing work, time recording, or billable targets, and they'll be no business development work, allowing you to focus on the law, quality assurance and your leadership development, and as we continue to grow there's never been a more exciting time to join us.

What you'll do

• Provide technical legal advice on estate planning cases to team leaders, case supervision managers, case handlers, legal assistants and key partners through a variety of channels
• Inclusively line manage a team of case supervision lawyers, ensuring their development
• Manage your team's performance, reviewing MI and reports to make sure that performance targets are consistently being met
• Perform file audits and review outcomes in accordance with our internal frameworks

Family Law Solicitor

Assistant Point of Sale (POS) Manager
