Digital Product Manager

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our App & Offers team. This team own the Co-op Membership app and the API services that provide a range of digital offers and content to our app and website. Our app is at the heart of Co-op's Membership proposition, giving our members a convenient way to access personalised offers, Co-op Live pre-sales, and support their communities.

As a Digital Product Manager at Co-op, you'll report into our Lead Product Manager, and be responsible for the delivery of new features and the optimisation of existing features and workstreams. This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team and play a big part in delivering a great in-app experience for our members. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way - coming into the office at least twice per month to connect with the team and take part in collaborative workshops (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

What you'll do
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, prioritise, deliver, test, and maintain features and services
- Work with our Lead Product Manager to define criteria and metrics for success
- Analyse and interpret data; working alongside our engineering teams to make sure tracking is effective
- Support the team in the delivery of our Membership proposition (e.g., providing loyalty features to reward members and their communities) and make sure user needs are met
- Effectively communicate to ensure a shared understanding of work across internal and external partners
- Actively take part in our community of practice sessions, sharing your skills, knowledge and experience with your colleagues
- Breakdown requirements into prioritised backlog items that are ready to be refined by the team

This role would suit people who have
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst, and working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, and engineers
- Experience working with both internal and external partners
- Experience using analytics dashboards and tools such as Google Analytics, Logzio, PowerBI and interpreting the findings
- A good understanding of native app release cycles
- Good communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience

Sustainability Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Sustainability Delivery Manager to join Co-op's Ethics, Sustainability and Policy (ESP) team. We'll look to you to support the management and creation of plans that underpin the Co-op sustainability strategy for ESP team and our supplier activity. You'll be working with our sustainability, commercial teams, and suppliers to help deliver our Co-op sustainability commitments, specifically the decarbonisation of our supply chain and Net Zero ambitions. As a Sustainability Delivery Manager, it'll be up to you to make sure that our Co-op is making a positive impact for our suppliers, communities, and member owners.

What you'll do

• Manage sustainability plans for supplier and ESP activity, to support the delivery of our decarbonisation targets and sustainability commitments
• Work with categories and sustainability subject matter experts on priority projects
• Work cross functionally with technical, product development, commercial and other teams at Co-op and suppliers on key sustainability activity
• Support supplier and category engagement, working on priorities and monitoring, driving and reporting on progress

In this role, you'll drive growth in our data and analytics income streams by creating and managing data-media ecosystem that effectively leverage Co-op's unique convenience shopper data with brands and media agencies. Digital Content Manager

We're looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our Customer Propositions and Communications team. In this role, you'll deliver creative campaigns end to end across web and app making sure all content and copy is optimised for the channel and fully aligned to the Co-op brand.
We'll also look to you to own the content planning for web and app, working collaboratively with the wider business as a subject matter expert. This is a varied and exciting role where you'll be working across multiple channels and making a real difference within the team.

What you'll do
* Advise on and deliver online support for campaigns across web and app, making sure all creative and copy is optimised for channel, user journeys are joined up, and experiences are frictionless
* Manage the content plan for always-on web and app content
* Manage the delivery of Co-op Live presales content in app and web, collaborating with the Co-op Live team
* Work with business units to make sure all content is optimised
* Measure performance towards business objectives, reporting it in a clear way, and using insights to inform future recommendations
* Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business to shape and approve content for web and app
* Manage external agency relationships, working collaboratively with them on content and proposals, making sure it's aligned to the Co-op brand and follows web and app best practice

* An understanding of how to optimise content for web and app to improve user journeys
* Experience of triaging requests or managing multiple requests and prioritising these

We'll look to you to optimise our internal supply chain systems and support the wider Co-op to plan for external change programmes. Assistant Pre-Construction Manager

We're looking for a motivated Assistant Pre-Construction Manager to join Co-op's Property team. You'll support the Pre-construction team in all aspects of project feasibility prior to handing over to the delivery teams and be the main point of contact for programme data. You'll take opportunities to drive down costs and improve our processes through analysis of our project workstreams.

• Develop strong relationships with key teams and partners across all areas of the business, including delivery, health safety and environment, PMO (project management office) and strategy, format and facilities management
• Analyse the specific requirements of individual projects, considering the delivery options and costs, making sure the short and long-term impacts are reflected in business delivery solutions
• Support Project and Programme governance meetings and make sure agenda actions are completed
• Utilise your knowledge and skills to regularly challenge and improve the way we deliver projects and make sure we are driving the right outcomes in the wider team
• Support project leads in looking at our pre-construction approach, including new initiatives, trials and roll outs for the required business cases needing approval

This role would suit people who have

• Retail or construction project management experience
• Strong project management skills - you're organised and can prioritise your workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work independently, and willingness to travel across the UK when required
• Good general IT skills with the ability to use programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with and influence partners at all levels of the business
