What you'll do

• Create and implement strategies that meet project needs and partner expectations

• Collaborate with colleagues to accurately scope and estimate work packages, ensuring the timelines are realistic and achievable

• Identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) throughout projects
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Case Manager

Manchester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Bristol, Sheffield - You'll complete your 3-6-month training at one of our offices, then you'll have the option to work in a hybrid way.

We're looking for case managers to join our Co-op Legal Services probate team. You don't need legal experience for this role, as we'll provide full training to get you up to speed.

In this role, you'll provide legal and administrative support to our customers following a bereavement. We'll look to you to manage each case from beginning to end, discussing the estate of the deceased, and keeping in continuous contact with the customer. Assistant Point of Sale (POS) Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Point of Sale (POS) Manager to join our instore marketing team. In this role you'll be responsible for the production and delivery of marketing collateral and our POS products. You'll be joining a fast-moving team working to three-week timelines to update our stores with the correct POS to help attract our customers and members to the newest offers instore.

What you'll do

• Liaise with print production and artwork agencies, making sure artwork is uploaded on time and print specifications are adhered to
• Produce the implementation guide that illustrates to stores how and where to display POS
• Use the key advertised lines to create a product and price brief illustrating the best offers in store to create POS products
• Respond to queries that come from our stores and resolve any issues
• Issue communications to stores, when necessary, about POS items
• Request quotes from the production companies we use to help us remain in budget
• Collaborate with internal teams including trade and planning and retail support centre

We're looking for a Head of Strategy and Portfolio insight to join our Property leadership team and lead a high performing team to inform the strategy of our property portfolios across the business.

In this role you'll set the vision and strategy for our property portfolio over a 5- and 10-year horizon, looking at our investment and divestment plans and working with leaders across the business to make sure that this aligns with the wider business strategy. We'll also look to you to partner our Food, Funeralcare and Logistics businesses to provide location and portfolio insight, and understand future property requirements, to support the effective delivery of the broader strategy and new customer initiatives. We're looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Own-Brand Team here at Co-op. In this role you'll own and lead the end-to-end quality process for Co-op brand products and be responsible for using data and insight to optimise activity to help drive strategic goals of the team. We'll look to you to make sure our Own Brand Products are great quality, making sure we test against the market and that standards are agreed and captured with our suppliers. We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our App & Offers team. This team own the Co-op Membership app and the API services that provide a range of digital offers and content to our app and website. Our app is at the heart of Co-op's Membership proposition, giving our members a convenient way to access personalised offers, Co-op Live pre-sales, and support their communities.

As a Digital Product Manager at Co-op, you'll report into our Lead Product Manager, and be responsible for the delivery of new features and the optimisation of existing features and workstreams. This is a great opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team and play a big part in delivering a great in-app experience for our members. Nature Manager

£40,000 to £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

Manchester City Centre, in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home, the office and visiting suppliers (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We're looking for a passionate Nature Manager to join Co-op's Ethics, Sustainability and Policy team. This exciting role is for you to set out and lead our Co-op Nature plan, strategy and policy development. We'll look to you to drive your own projects, lead relationships with external partners and deliver environmental and social benefits. You'll work and implement the strategy across the full wider team, making sure that our Co-op is making a positive impact for our suppliers, producers, and communities.

What you'll do

• Lead key strategies and policy development and be the lead for multiple external industry working groups, nature commitments and targets
• Be the subject matter expert on nature and biodiversity frameworks including TNFD and SBTN
• Support our Sustainable Sourcing and Sustainability agenda, identifying challenges and developing mitigation strategies
• Lead relationships with key external partners on project delivery to meet nature positive goals
• Provide internal cross functional support to create and support current agendas and new opportunities to evolve the sustainability strategy
• Maintain knowledge of emerging issues and challenges related to nature and biodiversity issues in relation to ingredient sourcing
• Make sure we are compliant with appropriate standards, policies, and regulations
• Represent the Ethics, Sustainability and Policy team at relevant industry events, industry working groups and conferences
• Lead development of collation of annual sustainability data collation, monitoring of targets and commitments
• Co-ordinate visits to producers, communities, suppliers, and programmes, including overseas

This role would suit people who have

• Passion and working knowledge of food ethics, sustainability, and food supply chains, including working with suppliers and dynamics within the food system
• Strong commercial acumen and able to take a pragmatic approach
• Experience of navigating emerging frameworks, complex policy, scientific issues and standards and translating them into a business context
• Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to work with a variety of internal teams and external suppliers and partners
• Good experience in developing strategy, policy, working with supply chain and sustainability data
• Great organisational skills and experience of owning and managing time bound projects and working in cross functional team on collaborative projects, requiring disciplined governance and quality documentation, to budget
