Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods and services in accordance with HSCNI procedures to achieve value for money.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding procurement matters.
• Input, process, and validate procurement information accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve invoice queries alongside HSCNI Shared Services to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with BSO PaLS colleagues on procurement-related matters and participate in relevant groups.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement systems and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience or 5 GCSEs at grade C and above, including English and Maths.
• Previous experience in procurement would be advantageous.
