The role
As a Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a vital role in supporting our client's critical security needs.
Day to day, you'll operate a diverse portfolio of best-in-class intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, communication, and weapons systems projects across all domains, integrating the best of industry to meet our customers' needs.
- Lead and motivate a project team
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and team collaboration
- Manage conflict and negotiations
- Ensure project profitability and safety compliance
- Utilise project control tools for informed decision-making
This role is full time, 37-hours per week and will be based at our Ashton House site in South Bristol, with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. Essential experience of the Project Manager:
- Proven experience leading a project team
- Experience in planning, motivation, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Profit and loss (P&L) and health and safety (H&S) accountability
- Project control tools knowledge and how these tools operate to provide key information for decision making
Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- PMQ, PPQ, or equivalent preferred
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
