Responsibilities

• You will apply your deep understanding of AEC workflows to identify market opportunities that shape a comprehensive strategy and product vision for Dynamo – the backbone of Computational Design and Automation

• You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal XD/Strategy teams to understand pain points and requirements. Translate these insights into target use cases and workflows that address customer needs, prioritize the team's work, and inspire creativity

• Effectively communicate system updates and roadmaps to team members, including executives and other company leaders

• You will work directly with Autodesk product teams to define development of new methodologies and tools

• Promote the benefits of Computational and Generative Design via customer interaction, social media, and industry conferences

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture or related fields, with a strong understanding of the AEC industry workflows and customer problems

• Strong communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business development leaders, and development teams

• Experience and comfort managing partners, risk, and uncertainty

• Manage teams with a collaborative and empowering approach

• Some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Pragmatic, SVPG, or other high-quality product management training programs

• Experience working with Dynamo, across both Computational Design and Automation approaches

Position Overview

Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) is looking for a strategic, audience-first marketer to help position Autodesk as a trusted partner in Design and Make education. This is a critical role on the Audience Marketing team responsible for developing full lifecycle marketing strategies that attract, engage, and shift share among educators.

You have experience marketing to Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) audiences and excel at developing compelling, customer-focused messaging across content, digital experiences, and sales collateral. You have a passion for simplifying and articulating product features and offerings into customer outcomes for education audiences, from executives and decision-makers to influencers and end-users. You will report to the Senior Manager, Audience Marketing.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Be an internal expert and advocate for educators in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC)

• Create campaign messaging, briefs, positioning statements, and value propositions aligned to the education audience journey and strategy

• Use message testing and feedback cycles with customers to refine and improve the AEX value proposition and positioning

• Work with the education business operations team to understand, segment, and define audiences in our database

• Integrate our full offering of AEC curriculum, projects, certifications, and products through messaging deliverables that speak to audience needs

Join the Autodesk Treasury Team and be part of an exciting journey to develop a world-class team with best-in-class strategies and processes. We're seeking an innovative, strategic, and deeply analytical leader and team player to tackle the challenges ahead.

As the Treasury Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of Treasury cashflow forecasting. You will play a vital role in the treasury organization, overseeing and optimizing our financial resources. Responsibilities

• Free Cash Flow Modeling: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated free cash flow models to forecast future cash flows, incorporating detailed assumptions, scenario analyses, and sensitivity testing

• Modeling Skills: Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze historical financial data, identify trends, and forecast key performance indicators related to cash flow generation, working capital management, and capital expenditures

Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to support key business initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements, leveraging insights derived from cash flow modeling

Position Overview

As the Senior Program Manager for Trusted AI, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Trusted AI. You will work closely with partners, including technical teams, often in a matrix environment, across Autodesk to align expectations and garner support for the objectives of our Trusted AI priorities and initiatives. Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated and experienced project manager to join the Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) team and help manage business transformational projects from initiation through delivery. You'll be a member of the Product Operations and Customer Success team, focused on ensuring that education customers across the world have easy access to Autodesk products and services. You will report to the Director, Business Process. We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Ensure that interfaces are recognized, and tasks are integrated. Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Identify alternative solutions

• Monitor project to ensure completion within defined schedule and quality parameters.

• You will analyze project metrics and trends to evaluate overall success. Anticipate potential issues and escalate to manager

• You will contribute to development of Project Management processes and measures as we establish our team

• Ensure meetings from definition of objectives through facilitation to result in desired, actionable outcome

Position Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• CPA license

• Experience with supervising monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, problem resolution, audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditors 

• Experience performing/reviewing contract analysis under ASC 606-Revenue from Contracts with Customers

• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.)

• 7+ years relevant work experience, preferably a mix of public accounting and private industry

• Knowledge of a broad range of revenue (ASC 606) and accounting concepts. Ability to discuss these topics with non-finance stakeholders

• Ability to manage a team of professionals, juggle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines

• Ability to proactively organize and plan project activities and dependencies to achieve success

• Confidence, good judgment, adaptability and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management, business functions and geographies

• Desire for continuous learning and growth

Position Overview

As Autodesk grows both organically and through acquisitions, the task of integrating acquired companies into our business operations is paramount. We are seeking a dynamic and influential Principal Program Manager to join Autodesk's Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) team. • 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team

• 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc.

• Experience in the design, manufacturing, media and entertainment production design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced contract professional to join our dynamic AMER Commercial Legal team. As a Legal Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and administration of contractual documents to support Autodesk sales in North America (NAMER). You will provide hands-on proactive and practical advice and support to business partners on multiple legal, commercial, and related matters. You will also provide contractual support for Named Accounts and Public Sector customers, or Procurement as needed.

You will report to Senior Corporate Counsel, and this position is hybrid and based in Denver, Boston, Atlanta, the SF Bay Area, or Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provides contractual support for Autodesk's business in North America, with a focus on sales transactions
• Prepares contracts for internal approval, negotiates and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws or regulations
• Manages contract templates, contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input
• Maintains an understanding of Autodesk contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on multiple matters
• Interprets contracts and advises business colleagues on contractual responsibilities
• Translates complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans
• Coordinates transaction flow and process with global sales operations, legal department specialists and other key stakeholders
• Collaborates with and supports the wider AMER Commercial Legal team on sales and procurement transactions

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant experience in contract management and negotiations
• Experience supporting direct sales and contract negotiation in software industry
• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills (both verbally and written)
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to collaborate and influence partners
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, seek appropriate supervisory input where needed, and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to be flexible and self-directed in a fast-paced environment as well as under the supervision of lawyers
• Proactive, eager to learn, well-organized, adaptable, a team player, business-focused, and genuinely excited by the challenges and opportunities the IT/software industry presents

Exigences minimales :

·       Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la négociation de contrats

·       Expérience de la vente directe et de la négociation de contrats dans le secteur des logiciels

·       Solides compétences en matière d'analyse, de rédaction et de négociation (tant verbales qu'écrites)

·       Démontrer la flexibilité et la capacité à collaborer et à influencer les partenaires

·       Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs priorités concurrentes, à travailler efficacement sous pression, à solliciter les avis des superviseurs appropriés si nécessaire et à respecter les délais serrés

·       Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à être flexible et autonome dans un environnement rapide ainsi que sous la supervision d'avocats

·       Démontrer des qualités de proactivité, de désir d'apprendre, de bonne organisation, d’adaptabilité, de travail d'équipe, d’orientation entreprise et de réel enthousiasme face aux défis et aux opportunités que présente le secteur informatique/logiciel
