The role will include assisting the workshop with mechanical repairs on all brands of vehicles and machinery.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Heavy Diesel  and Motor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnostic and repair work on both heavy and light vehiclesABOUT THE POSITIONThe Heavy Diesel and Motor Mechanic is responsible for service, maintenance and repair work on both heavy and light vehiclesKey responsibilities include: Ensure reactive and preventative maintenance, servicing and repair requirements are met in accordance with maintenance schedules (including oil changes, transmission fluids, air filters, tyre changes etc.) Identify, test and repair different types of mechanical and electrical failures on vehicle engines, and machinery.
