The Marketing Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for Ask & Embla products. As a product developer at Ask & Embla, you will be responsible for seeing our founders' design concepts come to life, and will play an important role in building relationships with our manufacturing partners and seeing our developments come through in the current year and the years ahead.

We're looking for a clear and detail-oriented communicator, with a passion for developing high quality products. We're also looking for someone that is process and systems oriented, that always looks for better ways to get things done, moves quickly when a decision has been made, and is unafraid to take ownership of the work that they do.

What We're Looking For:

• Work with design and product development team on approving samples to proceed to the production phase after thorough evaluation
• Partner with Product Design Team to offer options and solution to meet design intent and margin targets
• Work with the operations/procurement/budget network to create process documentation, ensuring ongoing operational quality and efficiency.
• Work with management, customer service & quality team to improve product development quality
• Provide technical and aesthetic support during product development process
• Assist in researching materials, colours, and trends for each delivery
• With guidance and advice, to modify and prepare final artwork for sampling and production
• To collaborate closely with our Product Development team on R&D for new capabilities
• Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet deadlines

Who You Are:

• A diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Jewellery related fields highly preferred
• More than 2 years of experience in product development or project management related fields
• Proactive and outgoing personality with a positive and solutions oriented mentality - You will be speaking to and coordinating with suppliers regularly
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player mindset, ready to help in different parts of the team
• Excellent English written communication skills
• Thick-skinned, and comfortable making requests under tight deadlines
• Must be tech savvy and able to adopt and use new tools quickly

Ask & Embla is looking for a part-time Quality Control Executives who will be working with our Quality Assurance Lead and the Inbounding department. You will ensure that all products being inbounded meet the quality standards that we have set for each style and each product category. You will also be tracking all issues, and working with our suppliers to fix outstanding quality issues on existing and new products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our jewelry, and a meticulous and keen eye for details will be required for this role.

This role is a part-time posting. Working hours will be 8 hours a day from Mondays to Fridays, and will be for a 2 to 3 month contract.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections of packaging, components, and finished jewelry pieces, adhering to strict quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document any quality issues, working with the Product Development team, suppliers, and production stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality control activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality control SOPs

Who You Are:

• Preferred but not essential: with experience in quality control, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Preferred but not essential: have a good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials, including different metals and finishes.
• Familiar with various quality control tools and equipment, such as loupes, calipers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying even the smallest imperfections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality excellence.
• Good with software - Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager is an exceptionally creative and imaginative leader who is up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in various social media networks. This role brings to life the company’s vision for our products through original and compelling text and video content. What You Will Do:

• Design and implement creative social media strategies that align with business objectives
• Take ownership of Social Media Channel performance and growth
• Strategise the creation of viral content with measurable outcomes on traffic and conversions
• Measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and lead change or new initiatives to meet and exceed targets
• Work with a team of content creators, videographers, copywriters, and other freelance remote resources to create engaging content
• Regularly conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Who You Are:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, design studio, fashion, or jewelry industry
• Passionate about content creation and knowledgeable about latest changes in social apps i.e Tiktok/Instagram/Pinterest
• Has hands-on experience in content management with a solid portfolio that demonstrates excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
• Demonstrated ability in communicating creative solutions with confidence, ease, and clarity to internal teams and stakeholders
