We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk, to join us on a permanent basis at our Redditch Office.

You'll be responsible for the effective capture and recording of all materials and sub-contractor costs on to the company billing systems, to enable maximisation of recover of costs. You'll be providing analysis and reporting around cost recovery ratios for multiple clients.

• Liaising with other internal functions and departments and external suppliers to ensure purchase invoices are received, captured, and recorded on to the company billing systems in adequate time frame to ensure recovery of costs where relevant.

• Providing ad-hoc management information and reports upon request.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports as and when requested.
• Continuous review of processes and procedures and systems for efficiencies and to ensure fit for purpose.
• Documentation of process to help preserve company knowledge upon request.
• Train new staff as and when required.

You'll have extensive Sales Ledger experience gained within a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail will be second to none and you'll have the ability to retain information at pace. Experience in using systems such as Verisae, Aeromark, and Infor is advantageous.

You will be responsible for proactively managing and mitigating risks associated with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for field engineer visits related to the successful completion of work orders. This role ensures that all work orders are completed within the agreed timelines, and any potential delays are identified and addressed before they result in SLA breaches. The Jeopardy Manager works closely with the planning, engineering and HD customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and improved customer satisfaction. High level report collation will be required to illustrate this.

Working 5 days out of 7 between 7am to 7pm

• Continuously monitor all work orders to ensure they are on track to meet the agreed SLAs.
• Identify work orders that are at risk of failing to meet SLA requirements and take immediate action to address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track SLA performance, highlighting jeopardy situations.
• Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks that could delay engineer visits and cause SLA breaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, dispatch, and other stakeholders to implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Escalate critical jeopardy situations to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Act as the central point of contact for all SLA-related issues, ensuring clear communication between teams.

We require a Work Order Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis, at our Redditch site.

A key position to support our customers in being the first line support for Chase or escalation of work orders, to monitor through to resolution in line with Arcus procedures, to provide first line triage to ensure work orders raised are in line with Arcus Scope of Works

* Responsible for ensuring that all customer contacts are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner, in line with Arcus processes, taking accountability to ensure effective resolution.

* Manage required processes to own the end to end work order life cycle for escalated work orders

* Managing all customer requests via various channels within specific timescales in order to meet KPIs and SLAs.

* Updating the appropriate CAFM system with all relevant call notes during and after each customer contact, providing full audit trail and updates on escalated work order

* Responsible for actioning items for chase resolution and referrals through to resolution in line with agreed service levels.

* Following Arcus procedures to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the customer and company.

* Liaise with planning, delivery teams and contractors to ensure that escalated work orders that are scheduled are adhered to and completed within set Service Level Agreements

* Manage workload and prioritise daily duties efficiently whilst communicating identified risks in line with escalation procedures.

* Additional tasks as required for work order journey an advised by line management

* Accountable for triaging client work orders and actioning pend accept, ensuring that Work Orders have been raised correctly and are flowing to the correct departments/resource.

We require Customer Support Coordinators to join us on a 9 months FTC basis, at our Redditch site. Working on a rotating 40-hour basis: Mon - Sun between 7 am and 7 pm. When working the weekend, you'll have staggered days off in the week to compensate.

We are now seeking for a Team Manager to join us on a 12 months FTC basis at our Redditch site.

You'll be leading a team of around 15 Planners and Desk Agents. Coaching and mentoring them to provide front line support to our clients, from receiving, processing and scheduling reactive and planned maintenance work orders.
