DELONIX Hotel by AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals across all properties within the AYANA portfolio.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Director of Sales. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Director of Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. We are looking for an Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang.

Responsibilities

• Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
• Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.
• Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

• Experience at least 2 years solid experience in Engineering in the hospitality industry and must have experience as Chief Engineering,
• Good in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent organization skills, analytical skills, tact, strong follow-up skills, and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be an advantage.
• Has the ability to analyze financial data, budgeting, and cost calculation for an effective return on investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Master's degree is desirable.
