Operations Knowledge Manager
The Opportunity:
You can be an Operations Knowledge Manager anywhere so how do you choose the right position? If you’re looking for the opportunity to work directly with and in support of U.S. Army mission command training and exercise support, then this is your opportunity to have an impact. The Operations Knowledge Manager will recommend tools and capabilities to streamline processes and gain efficiencies in storing, maintain program documents including but not limited to, Exercise Support Trackers, Travel Tracker, Budget Tracker, Admin Trackers, and reporting tools.
The Operations Knowledge Manager will build tools using Army approved or compatible open-source capabilities for instance, Army 365 and Army 365 PowerApps. This position will provide support for collaborative services and tools including implementation and maintenance that includes portal services, collaborative tools, information system solutions, web applications, and IT concepts, principles, and practices. The Operations Knowledge Manager will lead efforts in establishing and maintaining required A365 and MS Teams sites, subsites, and channels as well as required access controls and security for each. Assist organizational use of Power BI, SharePoint or other Army provided analytical tools to build visual data products and inform decisions from the data repositories. You Have:
Experience as a battalion operations lead, S3, or Knowledge Manager
Knowledge of Army approved collaboration and knowledge management tools such as Army 365 and Army 365 PowerApps, MS Teams, Power BI, or SharePoint
Ability to travel CONUS 10% annually
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with knowledge management in support of military operations or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management in support of military operations
CompTIA A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with command post operations, simulations operations, digital master gunner, battle staff operations, observer controller trainer, and exercise project officer
Knowledge of Brigade or Division operations
Ability to interface with a wide variety of personnel
Ability to be a self-starter and have a strong team ethic
Ability to handle stress and work in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Graduate of Intermediate Level Education (ILE) Course
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
