Training
This is a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by Bosch Automotive Service Solutions.
Training is delivered on a block release basis at the Alliance Training Centre in Doncaster.
This means your college based training will be delivered away from home and you will be required to stay in a hotel for 17 separate weeks (Mon – Fri) over the 3 year duration of the course. All associated costs for training are met by the employer/the programme and there will be no cost to yourself/your parents or guardians.
Assessments will also be conducted in the work place by a dedicated training assessor. You will also be assigned a workplace mentor for support in dealership.
As a result you will receive the following qualification:
• Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) Level 3


Qualifications required
GCSEs grades 4 – 9 (A* - C) or Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English.

Decontamination Driver 30 Hours Per Week (20 Hours a Week Would Also Be Considered) Full flexibility 7 days a week will be required. We are now inviting applications for the post of Decontamination Driver to join our busy team at Sterile Services North West, Preston. We are seeking a competent individual to work in our Sterile Services Unit as a Driver, the primary driving role will include the collection and delivery of medical instruments from/to four of our local Ramsay hospitals plus other various site related duties will be required. Flexibility from the successful candidate is essential as the Hub operates 7 days a week. Shifts will be varied, examples of these are; 6am-3pm. 12pm-8pm 5-am10am 5am-11.30am 4.30pm-8.30pm 2.30pm-10pm A full driving license will be required for this role.
