The position of IT Product Manager (Mobile and Fleet Technology) involves:

• Owning the successful delivery of fit-for-purpose Technology Solutions and applications to our diverse frontline workforce and the teams that directly support them including: ruggedised mobile devices and suite of frontline worker applications, vehicle telematics and vehicle safety solutions.
• Configuring, maintaining, supporting and continuously improving the IT systems and solutions ensuring that our people have the right tools to do their jobs.
• Leading the design of relevant system solutions and processes, carrying out system changes and implementing new capabilities aligned to our business transformation plan or project portfolio.
• Working with vendors, third parties and other internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to our frontline worker user group.

IT Infrastructure and Security Manager

Reporting to the Head of Technology, this is an influential role responsible for leading the delivery of technology infrastructure, cloud services, networks and cyber security solutions to the group and our workforce of more than 3,000 people. It combines IT governance and team management (4x FTE) with hands-on delivery and execution.

The role is based at our Cullompton site but with responsibility group-wide and therefore occasional travel to other locations will be required. The position involves:

Team leadership (25%)

• Leading, motivating and developing a team responsible for delivering Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Networks and Cyber Security solutions for the group.

• Optimise solutions to reduce overall cyber and business continuity risk cost-effectively.

Essential Skills:

The position of Data Engineer involves:

• Creating and maintaining database schemas for use in our data warehouse, in-house applications and integrations.

As a result of continued growth, we have a vacancy for a technical IT Systems Analyst to join the Gregory Group Technology Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make your own within the Gregory Group. Hybrid working available.

The position of IT Systems Analyst involves:

• Owning the configuration, deployment, maintenance and support for finance and people related IT systems and applications (for example our finance, HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Risk and Health and Safety systems).
• Designing system solutions and processes, carrying out system changes and implementing new capabilities aligned to our business transformation plan or project portfolio.
• Acting as the system expert, partnering with finance and people related stakeholders to ensure they are aware of deliverables and provide the necessary support to enable you to deliver against the roadmap for each relevant system.
• Optimising the performance of systems and efficiency of system-driven processes to enable our people to perform to the best of their ability.
• Managing routine system updates and defining test requirements, writing test scripts, carrying out and coordinating system testing alongside changes, updates, and implementations. This will include following the Technology change management procedure.
• Working with the wider Group Technology team to ensure smooth running of systems and relevant dependent services such as integration and reporting. This will include working with our infrastructure and security team to ensure systems are secure and performant.
• Working closely with our PMO function and assigned Project Manager's, updating on task progress and escalating risks or dependencies where necessary.
• Using our project and task management tool, JIRA, ensuring that tasks as prioritised and kept up to date for visibility across the team and PMO.
• Maintaining and managing relationships with key external system providers to support either solution delivery or resolution of escalated support issues.
• Maintaining system related documentation including process flows, training materials and support content.
• Delivering critical care following changes and new implementations and supporting service transition to BAU.
• Dependant on specific systems supported, future participation in the Technology on-call rota may be required (to be discussed at interview).

Essential Skills or experience required IT Systems Analyst:

• This is a hands-on technical role, so experience of configuring and administering business systems or applications deployed across a large and diverse workforce is essential. It spans business analysis and system configuration / management.
• High-level of technical proficiency, IT aptitude and a general interest in technology, systems and software.
• An ability to understand business operations and translate business requirements and opportunities into effective system solutions.
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset to problem solving.
• Although not regular, occasional travel to other group sites will be required for this role, so a Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Desired Skills or experience required for IT Systems Analyst:

• Data Management or Analysis skills - SQL or similar.
• Proficiency with a scripting language - Powershell or similar.

• Experience of working with systems we use (or similar) would be an advantage - e.g. MHR iTrent, Intelex, Sage X3

We are looking for a Van Driver & Service Technician to deliver and install oxygen equipment in the homes of vulnerable individuals across the Plymouth area & parts of North Cornwall. This is more than just a driving job - it's an opportunity to provide essential support to those who need it most and meet some wonderful people along the way!

The role involves driving a van to multiple locations, you will be responsible for delivering gas canisters to vulnerable people's homes and installing and servicing home breathing apparatus. You will be required to move the oxygen canisters from the van into people's home, therefore heavy lifting will be required.

About you:
The ideal candidate will hold a full UK category B driving licence with no more than 3 points.
Experience in a similar delivery or service technician role is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and empathetically.
Basic mechanical or electrical skills are an advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
A caring and professional attitude, with a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
