Your new role


Your new role as a Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher will be working in schools across Barnsley. We supply both day to dat and long-term assignments. This can be on a full or part-time basis to suit your personal needs and circumstance and for long-term placements, we pay to MPS scale. This could also be full or half days to suit your needs. You will be required to deliver lessons that have been pre-planned and left by the teacher as well as marking all work before leaving a handover for the returning teacher. We work with schools to get the best talent and continue to strengthen our relationships with maintained schools as well as academies across the region.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher that is happy to work in a range of schools on days of your choosing. You will need to be committed and knowledgeable of your chosen year groups and love building relationships with children and staff. Good behaviour management and experience working to support SEN pupils is desirable also.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supply chain manager (SCM) reports to the country director, Singapore Country Director(CD).
• Supply chain manager is primarily responsible for four areas in supply chain such as Procurement (sourcing & purchasing), Shipping (import/export), Warehouse and Logistics Management.
• Determine and agree key supply chain KPI's & objectives for His sub-departments and evaluate their progress & achievements through a department meeting and yearly appraisal process.

KEY FUNCTIONS & TASKS

• Implement correct use of SAP in the departments under your responsibility as well as aid training of SAP for other departments upon request, this includes aiding the operation in Malaysia.
• Follow all statutory and regulatory requirements to avoid mishandling of goods and endangering the company business. This is especially important towards our licenses and authorizations.
• Plan and execute Waste Disposal for Dangerous and Control Goods on quarterly basis.
• Optimize work efficiency in the departments under your control to minimize over time and to achieve right work balance for employees.
• Conduct Weekly SCM Meeting addressing Team's and Operational needs.

Compiles statistical data and analyzes NAS technical data and utilizing this data to recommend changes to the NAS maintenance program to improve safety and/or efficiency. Initiates, develops, reviews, and presents materials to improve the quality of service provided by Technical Operations. Develops the national FAA policies related to the NAS Technical Evaluation Program (NASTEP) and other internal quality control (QC) or internal compliance verification (ICV) programs that may affect the workload of BUEs and lead to managerial responses to bargaining unit actions.

Applies experience and expert knowledge of program management principles and processes to coordinate and organize the Technical Operations Maintenance Program and Quality Control functions as they relate to evaluation of National Airspace System (NAS) facilities, systems, and services.
