The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) involved in the removing, installing, troubleshooting, interrogating, overhauling, adjusting, testing, modifying, calibrating, and repairing of complex integrated aircraft pneudraulic systems and equipment on board conventional/nuclear certified aircraft supported by the organization and to provide training to and evaluation of all assigned personnel, e.g., Active Duty, Reservist, Civilians, Contractors and foreign military as required in the accomplishment of duties set forth herein.

Duties:
1. Conducts scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and periodic inspections on all pneudraulically operated systems on/off aircraft in accordance with established procedures.

2. Performs troubleshooting of complex integrated pneudraulic systems of related on/off equipment for assigned and/or transient aircraft to include support equipment. Performs off-equipment maintenance and bench checks to support the repair cycle.

3. Utilizes safety practices and tool control procedures to maintain a safe and clean work area.

4. Prepares/executes effective training plans to maximize training for all assigned personnel, e.g., Active Duty, Reservist, Civilians, Contractors, and foreign military.

5. Reviews, verifies, and documents aircraft forms, component forms/tags and Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) to reflect maintenance actions performed on and off equipment.

- Serves as an APEX Load Director

- Serves as a working leader. Leads four or more civilian, military journeyman, and trainee aircraft freight loaders in the performance of aircraft freight loading and ground support duties on all types of military, commercial, and contract aircraft.

- Performs duties as a load/servicing team member, loading/off-loading/re-sequencing military and civilian aircraft

• Provides supply support for production, overhaul, repair, or other operations for equipment, parts, and a wide variety of supply items.
• Maintains property accounts and records, completing individual transactions, screening reference files, conducting data searches, and distributing output files.
• Performs document control work involved in the processing of supply transactions. Processes receipt, shipment, and/or adjustment documents following established policies and procedures.
• Provides assistance to customers, storage depots, or other organizations. Responds to visitor and telephone inquiries on supply actions or reasons for delay.
• Performs general clerical support work. Maintains and annotates files providing for easy and timely retrieval/location of material.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONISIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.

• Plans and schedules maintenance necessary to meet emergency and regular workload requirements.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Maintains the On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS). Inputs vehicle repair requirements to OL VIMS.
• Performs file maintenance and parts and file reconciliations.
• Performs veliicle management functions such as preparing slides, charts, briefings and reports.

• Pulls stock inventory and material for delivery; replenishes stock inventory; interacts with clinical and administrative customers and maintains records on stock levels;
• Communicates to the Lead or Supervisor any concerns related to supplies, equipment and procedures.
• Provides information to customers regarding medical supplies;
• Monitors expiration dates, rotates stock to limit outdates and removes items from use as required by outdates;
• Monitors and controls critical supplies;
• Performs daily inventory using bar coding equipment on a predetermined schedule that will allow for timely replenishment;
• Resolves differences between records and physical count of stock;
• Distributes items according to established or ad hoc requirements in computerized inventory management systems;
• Delivers supplies in a timely manner and ensures supplies and material delivered are in sterile and operational condition;
• Completes specialty cart preparation;
• Cleans assigned secondary areas in accordance with aseptic principles; and
• Receives supplies and material into the medical center's catchment area.

The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position; to verify and analyze on and off equipment, malfunctions, troubleshoot, calibrate, modify, fabricate, test, align, inspect, repair, configure, de-configure, and load assigned integrated nuclear/conventional weapons delivery systems; and to provide training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.

Duties:
1: Troubleshoots integrated nuclear/conventional weapons systems, electronic and electromechanical components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, subassemblies, Alternate Mission Equipment, and test equipment to determine nature of malfunctions and corrective actions required both on and off equipment.

2: Performs maintenance, repair, inspection, fabrication and modification of integrated nuclear/conventional weapons systems electronic and electro-mechanical components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and their subassemblies for both on and off equipment.

3: Removes/installs integrated nuclear/conventional weapons systems electronic components, fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and subassemblies for both on and off equipment and associated test equipment. Controls tools, cleans work area and equipment and completes work control documents in accordance with established procedures. Certifies work produced under the USAF Technical Order Program, and complies with security regulations, directives, and policies.

4: Performs pretest, operational, functional, electrical, mechanical, and final testing of integrated nuclear/conventional weapon systems electronic components fire control systems, electro-environmental systems, bomb navigation systems, and their subassemblies both on and off equipment. Performs explosive operations, loads and unloads, positions, arms, and safes all assigned nuclear/conventional air munitions and pyrotechnics on assigned aircraft and or equipment.

5: Accomplishes configuration changes of integrated nuclear/conventional weapons control, launch, release, and suspension assemblies on assigned aircraft and equipment based on mission requirements. Plans and conducts training of reserve personnel, Active Duty and other employees.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Receiving work assignments and direction regarding work methods, procedures and schedules from either the Transportation Coordinator and/or the Mobility Manager.
• Arriving at and departing from pickup and discharge points at scheduled times.
• Reading installation maps and judges road/traffic conditions to determine the shortest and safest route.
• Enforcing passenger safety and seatbelt use.
• Using multiple variations of Mobile Data Computer (MDC) in and out of the vehicles for assigned trips and duties daily.
• Loading and unloading patients and medical supplies.
• Performing operator maintenance such as checking fluid levels and air pressure in tires, cleaning and washing of vehicles, and performing inspection checklists to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Maintaining records and document actions, such as operator inspection checklists/forms and accident/incident reports.
• Using two-way radios (or other device) to maintain communications with dispatcher/supervisor on assignments and locations.
• Possessing a current, valid California-issued driver's license is required for the position with passenger endorsement.
