This role works with the Global Supply Chain leader on Enterprise strategy and leads the BW Packaging Global Supply Chain team in to improve supply chain performance, reduce parts and material costs, and enhance processes and practices in partnership with the BW Global Supply Chain team across the Platform:

• Drive business process improvements and system enhancements for greater control, operating efficiencies, and best practices across the Platform.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members towards better supply chain processes, performance metrics, and business analytics for the Platform.
• Partner with the Group President, Global Supply Chain Leader, and Division leaders to deploy strategic and operational initiatives for the Platform, primarily in the areas of cost improvement and product/parts standardization.
• View performance and improvement initiatives through the broader Platform lens to support resourcing opportunities and leveraging the Divisions to effect decisions and results.
• Reinforce and enable Division performance, standardized processes and practices, and consistent application of policies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Lead deployment of Enterprise strategy into the domestic and international purchasing, sourcing, and logistics functions within divisions with the following responsibilities:

• Leadership – Deploy the transformation strategies as set by the Global BW Supply Chain leader through structural design, process improvements, and systems application to support more effective and efficient supply chain for the Platform. Drive supply chain strategies and teams across Divisions and functions that support global business strategies for growth and performance improvement.
• Supplier Relationship Management – Oversee supplier relationship management and contract negotiations, while closely aligning with B-W Enterprise Supply Chain leadership. Identify and develop supplier relationships with key suppliers based on ongoing business needs as well as strategic Platform goals. Work closely with suppliers and division leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and set strategies to deliver.
• Platform Initiatives – Help prioritize and lead supply chain opportunities initiated by the collective team. Lead teams and direct initiatives to optimize business processes, implement shared services, enhance usage of systems, leverage IT resources, and drive improved overall supply chain performance.  Evaluate resources and skills across the Platform that can benefit the broader team on a specific task, new role, and/or mid-term Project by identifying and bringing the proper resources for prioritized work.
• Strategic Planning – Serve as a resource and sounding board that aligns the Visions, EVA Plans, Budgets, and performance of the Platform while identifying synergies and joint initiatives. Establish objectives for the supply chain function in conjunction with policies and procedures that impact day-to-day operations as well as the long-term strategic direction of the Platform.
• Budget – Partner with Enterprise supply chain, finance and operations leadership to create a comprehensive spend analysis framework and establish short and long-term supply chain budgets for the Platform. Oversee training and communication of supply chain data/tools to team members to ensure a unified approach to data consistency, terminology, and reporting accuracy. Identify cost reduction strategies through supplier relationship management, driving supply chain team member communication across divisions, leveraging data/tools, and establishing best-in-class sourcing strategies.

Required Education and Experience:

• A successful blend of entrepreneurial disposition and established business experience to effectively lead supply chain leaders through building cost disciplines and a continuous improvement mindset to fuel future growth. Ideally, has led previous global supply chain groups, divisions, acquisitions, etc.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field with 10 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain leadership.
• MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management and APICS designation preferred.
• Executive presence, dynamic interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and integrity.
• Excellent team building and change management skills, with the leadership skillset to recruit, train, coach, and mentor top-quality team members at both Platform and operating business level.
• Strong problem solving skills, an empathetic demeanor, strategic thinking skills for assessing needs and recommending changes.
• A strong working knowledge of domestic and international supply chain principles, MRP-driven operations, business intelligence, and effective business processes across all functions.
• Experience in a global manufacturing in a multi-business/entity and multi-currency environment, ideally in a complex machine assembly environment.
• A solid understanding of supply chain management software tools and the ability to communicate and work well with IT teams to implement changes and improvements. 
• A demonstrated ability to work with all levels of Leadership, including Company Leaders, business leaders, and across the various corporate functional and Division teams to provide relevant insightful information to collaboratively drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written that is able to convey a message that is clear and concise with proper direction.

• Frequent global and domestic travel may be required for this position up to 30

This role will provide direct leadership to a team of 4-6 group Supply Chain team members and have a strong dotted line connection to divisional supply chain leaders.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Articulate the features and benefits of the Purewick system including knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of the equipment.  

• Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process  

• Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls  

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all Liberator Customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management.

To be successful in this role, you require:

• 1+ years medical industry, sales, collections or call center/customer service experience

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred

Responsible for the management of Supply Chain Processes for the business unit. This position has responsibility for working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the right Supply Chain Strategies and Processes are in place to support global and regional business and customer needs.  Supports and works closely with the Business Unit President, VP/GM’s of the Platforms and Regional Business Leaders, Manufacturing Operations Leaders, Finance Leaders, Marketing and Sales Leaders, R&D Leaders, the BDX Supply Chain Leaders and Supply Chain Leaders in all regions to drive overall business performance including overall service, inventory and cost objectives.  Develops comprehensive Supply Chain business metrics and ensures alignment of Supply Chain strategies with global and regional business strategies.

The position is accountable for appropriately managing and improving overall cash health (inventory- DIOH) and achieve goals on that front. The position also has overall responsibility for Global product deployment, and works with the respective Supply Managers and regions to have processes in place for allocation methodology and shipments according to business needs. The position is responsible for developing and improving communication processes for significant current/potential supply performance problems (schedule unfeasibility or non-compliance, material or capacity imbalances, Supplier issue, etc.) to the appropriate stakeholders.

As the Business Unit IBP Process Owner, this position is responsible for the implementation, and facilitation of Best Practice processes and systems with an overall objective of continuous improvement of the IBP process.  This includes coordination of New Activities, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Reconciliation and Management Business Reviews for the entire Business Unit scope.

This position is responsible for developing and improving the capabilities of the Supply Chain Organization.  This includes developing the capabilities of the Associates and deploying and leveraging continuous improvement methodology, including lean approach, validation, and (planning) system utilization.  The position ensures that policies and procedures are in place to provide for safe operations. The position ensures that Supply Chain Operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position reports to the VP Global BU Supply Chain Planning (based in Switzerland) with a dotted line to the VP BU Integrated Supply Chain (based in US), is a team member of the extended Business unit ISC Leadership Team, and a member of the BDX-Global BU Supply Chain Planning Leadership team.

Functional Responsibilities

Supply Chain Demand to Supply Process

·        Member of the Planning Leadership team and Operations extended Leadership Team. Participate on strategy and business review sessions.

·        Together with other members of the Leadership Team take business decisions and develop and deploy business strategies.

·        Together with the Manufacturing Operations Leaders develop and update Operations strategies that are aligned to the business strategies.

·        Together with the IBP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning Managers, develop the Supply Chain Strategy for the Business. This strategy should be aligned with the Business and Operations strategies.

·        Together with the IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning Managers, enhance the capabilities of supply chain associates to meet the new or improved processes.

·        Directly manage the Managers of IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning. Coaching them on strategy development, process excellence and execution.

IBP Process

·        Ensures that Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process and meetings are implemented and institutionalized in all regions of the world.  Drives continuous improvement towards Best Practice processes and systems.

·        When required Chairs Global IBP Management Business Review meetings or any other meeting as needed.  Works directly with key functional stakeholders across all applicable domestic and international regions.

·        Acts as lead to aid in infrastructure, education, training and implementation of both the regional and the Global IBP process.  This includes working with Business Leaders on improving Business strategy and business management, validating the forecast accuracy, managing inventory strategy and parameters globally and aligning the Financial/Business plans with the appropriate operations plans.

·        When required facilitates the Global meetings and attends the Regional Demand Review, Supply Review and Management Business Review IBP meetings to get the appropriate buy-in and information.  When required facilitates the determination of the MBR agenda, aids in the roll-up of information, acts as liaison between the regional meetings and representatives to enable the global process.

·        Establishes work processes for continuous improvement of IBP process using Best Practice benchmarking methodology and periodic process assessments.

Demand Planning

·        Together with the Managers of Demand Planning and within the IBP umbrella, ensures an effective demand planning process is in place across all sites.

·        Provides summary outputs of the demand process at the IR and MBR IBP meetings.

·        Works closely with regional representatives to develop accurate and timely demand plans.

Supply Planning

·        Together with the Managers of Supply Planning, and within the IBP umbrella ensure an effective monthly Supply process is in place across all sites, identifying and resolving significant supply-demand imbalances over a rolling two year period.   Drives functional process excellence across the business unit

·        Provides summary outputs of the Supply Process at the Integrated Reconciliation and Management Business Reviews Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning meetings.

·        Establishes strategies, key performance metrics, target objectives/guidelines and improvement initiatives to meet supply management objectives, including differentiated offerings by product/customer classification or geography as appropriate.

·        Develops a Global Inventory Strategy Process, including the development of inventory targets by product line.  Ensures the establishment of target inventory levels and mix to achieve management objectives for service levels, backorder incidence/duration and inventory- DIO goals. Identifies and leads efforts to improve inventory velocity and minimize preventable losses due to excess supply and obsolescence.

·        Designs and executes service strategies to drive customer satisfaction in line fill, reduced shipments per order, and on-time arrival of orders.

·        Ensures single point-of-contact in major short-supply issues and prioritizes allocation methodology and shipments according to business need.

·        Effectively directs the supply planning elements for new product introductions, conversions and rationalization efforts.

·         Ultimately responsible to balance service and inventory in the business unit

Logistics

·        Collaborates with the matrixed Global Logistics and Distribution teams on global logistics strategies and key performance metrics aligned with the business strategies for Shipping, storage, receiving and transportation improvement programs, Inventory levels, distribution strategy, Warehouse utilization, etc.  

·        Collaborates a global distribution and transportation strategy, in alignment with manufacturing strategy.  Optimizes network for transportation efficiencies, inventory carrying costs, E/O costs, and customer service levels.

·        Identifies areas of opportunity within the worldwide supply chain.

Reporting and Communication

·        Develops and maintains metrics to track performance and business contribution.

·        Provide periodic assessment and communication of  maturity progress on WW IBP Process.

Team Responsibilities

·        Participates in and contributes to applicable initiative teams within BDX.

POSITION PURPOSE 
The New Sales Representative performs initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current New Sales customers. The New Sales representative is responsible for ensuring that the customer contact in each prospective sales call meets the customer service and satisfaction experience that is indicative of a true “Liberator” experience 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology and ancillary product lines offered to  include knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment 
2. Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process 
3. Track daily production and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor 
4. Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls 
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all  Liberator Customers 
6. Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management 
7. Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and  minimum call volumes. 
8. Assist any dialed or transferred customer with their order or order related questions. 

ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Communicate with potential customers via alternative mediums of internet chat, e-mail and click to  call software

• Assist in the planning of work to be performed and the creation of work breakdown structures appropriate to the scope, contract, and client 
• Assist in the development of project budgets by coordinating estimates for professional services and completing associated EMS setup activities in conjunction with project accounting personnel
• Prepare project cost reports and analyze those reports for anomalies relative to budgets and scopes; make recommendations for remedial actions where appropriate
• Prepare project schedules including calculating resource loading where appropriate
• Facilitate periodic progress tracking with project discipline leads to accurately assess and report project progress; update cost performance indicators (CPI’s) and schedules accordingly
• Assist project managers in the identification of necessary changes relative to scope, schedule, and budget; develop and submit appropriate change documentation to clients for adjustments
• Prepare reports for assigned projects and portfolios
• Review project accounting invoices to ensure that proper billing rates and times invoiced; assist with accounts receivable
• Assist sector and regional managers in resource forecasting and planning
• Help refine existing systems to create a more robust project controls function and culture
• Update cost and schedules in the client systems software system
• Lead multifunctional project teams
• Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

What You’ll Bring

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000-$115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Key Role:

Research, collect and analyze data on foreign space-related supply chain operations, to include potential targets, including organizations, vendors, people, space technology and space system programs of interest, and document and manage recovered supply chain data.  Apply expertise of Intelligence Community (IC) tools and databases to identify, extract, and analyze pertinent information and provide technical analysis to address intelligence gaps, and collaborate with IC professionals and execute informal and formal IC tasking mechanisms. Maintain responsibility for identifying critical nodes and vulnerabilities within military, civil, and commercial supply chain networks including identification of actors, groups, attack vectors, or bad operators within a critical infrastructure.  Condense and simplify complicated information derived from supply chain networks into threat and supply chain risk analyses; includes the fusing of all-source intelligence to include open-source information to leverage sensitive databases and draft target package products and recommendations. Produce high-quality reports and communications for dissemination of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ year of experience with all-source intelligence analysis, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes

-Experience with IC reporting, sources, dissemination mechanisms and tradecrafts

-Experience assessing all-source intelligence or SIGINT products to recommend/implement solutions for targeting projects

-Knowledge of national sensors and capabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures

-Knowledge of adversary space operations

-Knowledge of various SIGINT and all-source targeting databases and query tools

-Ability to work in complex and dynamically changing environments

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience nominating and prioritizing targets and characterizing targets of interest for vetting and validation

-Experience identifying vulnerabilities across a variety of nodes within a network

-Knowledge of Foreign space systems and space supply chain

-Knowledge of how a functional target system works and ability to analyze the interactions between components

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred

-Associate's degree
