The Scheduler Planner role

You will receive calls and emails regarding the organising and booking of residential repairs and minor refurbishment works. You will also be making outbound calls to residents to book in essential compliance testing. In both work streams, you will be consistently liaising with the residents and our operational teams to achieve the best service delivery possible. In addition to:


Using our dynamic scheduling system, you will manage operative diaries to ensure all works are carried out efficiently, within agreed timescales, whilst keeping operatives fully utilised and delivering an excellent customer service experience.
Managing the emerging day, dealing with emergencies and exceptions, to ensure the most appropriate service is delivered to our residents.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for our customers and our trade operatives to help with issues and to assist providing effective resolutions, swiftly.
You will input up to date, accurate and complete notes for each job/task on the system, contributing to our contract performance tracking.


What will you bring as a Scheduler Planner?


You’ll have demonstrable planning/scheduling experience ideally obtained from within a fast-paced dynamic environment that involves high volume telephone communication. We will consider all scheduling/planning backgrounds/sectors.
Strong IT skills with the aptitude to pick up new systems and be able to follow process consistently

Being a Coach Tour Driver:

As a Coach tour Driver, you will be allocated your own coach once you have completed your initial training and your week will start by operating a feeder route into one of our six interchanges situated throughout the country. You will then board customers for onward travel to resort and will be responsible for the excursions through the week. Class 2 Mini Bulk (ADR) Drivers

Manpower is currently seeking Class 2 ADR Drivers for our client's winter peak at their Plymouth site.

This role involves working 4 on 2 off, with flexibility for other shift patterns as needed to support the business.

You'll have guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, with overtime opportunities after 42.5 hours or on weekends.

Over time is paid at Time and a half as are the weekends paid at the premimum rate during your 4 on 4 off.

As a Class 2 ADR Driver, your responsibilities will include vehicle checks, following the maifesto, operating tankers and delivering gas to remote locations, serving farms and homes without a gas supply.

This is a seasonal winter pressure contract lasting approximately 6 months.

Full training and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

ADR however will need to be obtained by the driver ahead of interview.
