JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION

• Lead, manage and motivate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs
• Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project
• Project scope management: develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing role & responsibility and key tasks / milestones

Job Description:

• Material planning: performing statistical analysis based on past consumption, lead time, value of material, EUC requirements and provide recommendation to support operations.
• Periodic review of inventory level to trigger replenishment up to level to support operations materials requirements based on provisioning model in considerations of Lead time, Consumption, EUC Requirements, Value of Material, MOQ, EOQ.
• Establish monthly engagement with respective stakeholders to review and rundown legacy stock and stock obsolesce.
• Work closely with project team to develop projections to ensure project requirements and schedule, as well as adjust projection according to changes in the project deliverables/ schedules.
• Communicate with respective stakeholder on SNCA and expired materials in order to undertake the correct resolution to these stocks.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be a Senior Technical Lead within the TISC (Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain) architecture team supporting the CPS (Commercial Product Supply) and NAOU (North America Operating Unit) organizations through ensuring all technology delivered meets standards to drive supply chain transformation initiatives. This role is critical to enabling digital transformation through supply chain transformation and ‘plant of the future’ initiatives.

The role focuses on translating business needs into technical systems solutions, within a structured agile framework. This will entail defining systems in relation to enterprise infrastructure, executing activities related to business, IT and partnering with internal and external technical teams in the delivery of solutions. The candidate will have a key role in identifying and recommending products and features, evolving the organization's technical infrastructure as well as leading the implementation of new procedures and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or significant practical experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience preferably in manufacturing IT or process Industry.
• Must have proven experience working with IT, OT and supply chain architectures including designing, developing, deploying, managing, and scaling applications.
• Must have a strong practical knowledge of data management, data infrastructure, data Interfacing through Azure based deployments with a focus on maintenance and improvement.
• Should be proficient in supply chain end to end processes, using ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Advantageous additional desirable skills would include hands on experience at scale with workload management (Kubernetes). Some practical exposure to scripting (Python) and object orientated coding is also desirable.

• Design, develop and implement scalable, robust and secure IT & ITOT architectures that support the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, production, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Collaborate with business owners to respond to their needs with thought out technical requirements
• Designing and developing solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction & standards and ensuring compatibility and ease of integration with company architectures.
• Oversee the integration of SAP/ERP supply chain applications, ensuring seamless integration with Ignition based infrastructure.
• Providing architectural support for business and ITOT applications by configuring, managing system settings, installing plugins and performing upgrades.
• Lead and guide the development of regional technical teams and junior staff in terms of future production enabling architectures.
• Exemplifying the use of DevOps, Github and other CI/CD tools and mentoring junior personnel in these behaviours.

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs property accountability duties or the more routine phases of property
  management including inventory of non-expendable property, reporting excess property,
  etc.
• Assists with limited segments of management studies on property utilization, such
  as studies of special supply levels for equipment or excess property.
• Makes informal recommendations based on data developed.
• Receives and stores stock; uses a broad knowledge of warehouse plans independently
  loads and unloads shipments from trucks and other material conveyances, using fork
  lifts and manual and mechanized pallet jacks.
• Performs routine operator maintenance and may be required to handle hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Organizes, arranges, assembles, and delivers stock in storage areas.
• Uses automated equipment such as optical readers, scanners, and computer keyboards to load computerized inventory data, access inventory information, and fill item requisitions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Conducts inventories and other tasks associated with property accountability including life cycle replacement, distribution, and disposal of army equipment.
• Appointed as a purchasing officer for HHC, SWCS to purchase supplies and services using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) (VISA card).
• Serves as the primary POC with all staff section for matters relative to the Financial Liability Investigation Property Loss (FLIPL).

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Pulls stock inventory and material for delivery; replenishes stock inventory; interacts with clinical and administrative customers and maintains records on stock levels;
• Communicates to the Lead or Supervisor any concerns related to supplies, equipment and procedures.
• Provides information to customers regarding medical supplies;
• Monitors expiration dates, rotates stock to limit outdates and removes items from use as required by outdates;
• Monitors and controls critical supplies;
• Performs daily inventory using bar coding equipment on a predetermined schedule that will allow for timely replenishment;
• Resolves differences between records and physical count of stock;
• Distributes items according to established or ad hoc requirements in computerized inventory management systems;
• Delivers supplies in a timely manner and ensures supplies and material delivered are in sterile and operational condition;
• Completes specialty cart preparation;
• Cleans assigned secondary areas in accordance with aseptic principles; and
• Receives supplies and material into the medical center's catchment area.
