About the Role:

Known internally as a Global Connection Officer (GCO) this role is a sales catalyst, relationship developer, service zealot, organizational wizard, traveller, trainer, problem solver, and company culture enthusiast all rolled into one!

Your mission as a GCO if you choose it, is to connect with our travellers and agency partners; recommending and selling them the right trips based on their unique needs.

Summary: As part of the R&D Process Development team, the Process R&D Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering process technology innovations to meet our sustainability and profitability goals.  This individual will lead and support scouting, scale-up and commercialization of new processes and new technologies driving product development, operational excellence, and sustainability goals.  Working with internal and external partners, s/he will help build the innovation pipeline and develop next generation products and processes to drive profitable growth. 

This position is a hands-on individual contributor, who will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to drive R&D programs working closely with new product development scientists, business  representatives, process services engineers and operations teams.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for contributing to the culture and growth of the organization through mentorship and strategic input to the organizational design.

• Minimum BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Preferred) or PhD in Material Science with 5 or more years experience in process research and development or process design
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Process R&D, or Product Development R&D, preferably in a high volume, continuous manufacturing environment
• 3+ years’ experience in project management and leadership of diverse project teams
• Availability to travel up to 50% (i.e. twice a month)

National Business Development Manager Foodservice, Hospitality & Healthcare (m/w/d)

Zielsetzung der Funktion:

• Akquisition von strategisch ausgewählten Potential- und Neukunden im Bereich Healthcare (Long-term care & Acute Care) sowie Foodservice & Hospitality
• Unterstützung des Head of BDM bei der Erfüllung der Umsatzziele
• Business Development/ Entwicklung des Geschäftes durch gezielte Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen im Sektor-Geschäft
• In Abstimmung mit dem Head of BDM-Aufbau einer engen Beziehung sowie Kontaktpflege zu den ausgewählten strategischen Händlern/ Niederlassungen, inkl. Joint Business Planung mit Key Accounts.
• Abstimmung der Akquise-Tätigkeiten mit Sektoren, Verkaufsleitern und Feldmannschaft

Hauptaufgaben:

• Akquisition von Neukunden
• Proaktive Betreuung von Leads: Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Angebot
• Aufbau einer umfassenden, engen Kundenbeziehung sowie Kontaktpflege zu Entscheidern und Mitarbeitern
• Erstellung eines jährlichen Business Plans für definierte Schlüsselkunden / Segmente / Händler
• Erstellung von ganzheitlichen Reinigungs- und Hygienekonzepten
• Umsatzerreichung bei definierten Schlüsselkunden (Neukunden)
• Bedarfsermittlung und Problemlösung zur Umsetzung des Gesamtangebots (Cross-Selling) unter größtmöglicher Ausschöpfung des Sortiment-Verkaufs
• Implementierung und Übergabe von erfolgreich gewonnenen Neukunden an die zugehörigen Sales-Teams
• Präsentation und Demonstration von neuen Produkten und Anlagen
• Funnelerstellung und –Nachhaltung in Abstimmung mit den Sektoren
• Umsetzung der Unternehmensphilosophie im Bereich Verkauf und Kundenbetreuung
• Besuch von Fach-Kongressen/Events
• Unterstützung von Kollegen bei Neukundenakquise und Kundenproblemen

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
• Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in B2B, vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Facility Management und Erfahrungen in Neukundengewinnung
• Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Bereich des Vertriebs oder Projektmanagements
• Stressresistenz und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Fristen
• Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten
• Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie nötige Hartnäckigkeit, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Rolle des „Health Solutions Partner“ ist eine Commercial-Rolle im Außendienst.
Die Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte bestehen in der Vermittlung von wissenschaftlichen Inhalten, der Entwicklung von Fortbildungen und Lösungen zur Unterstützung von Ärzt*innen innerhalb der Therapiegebiete (Kardiologie, Endokrinologie, Hämophilie) mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung der Versorgung von Patient*innen.

• Eigenständige Betreuung unserer Kund*innen (medizinisches Fachpersonal, Spezialist*innen in Spitälern)
• Vermittlung von wissenschaftlichen Inhalten
• Entwicklung und Durchführung von Fortbildungen & Serviceangeboten
• Leistung eines signifikanten Beitrages zur Verbesserung von Behandlungsergebnissen durch Fortbildungen und Services für relevante Stakeholder innerhalb der Therapiegebiete Kardiologie, Endokrinologie, Hämophilie

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Berechtigung nach dem österreichischen Arzneimittelgesetz zur Berufsausübung des Pharmareferenten (staatliche Pharmareferentenprüfung, oder abgeschlossenes Human-, Veterinär-, Zahnmedizinstudium oder Pharmaziestudium).
• Abgeschlossenes fachspezifisches Studium (Biologie, Medizin, Pharmazie oder Life Sciences)
• Erfahrungen und vorhandenes Netzwerk in den Therapiegebieten Kardiologie, Endokrinologie, Hämophilie sind von Vorteil
• Hohes Interesse oder Kenntnisse des österreichischen Gesundheitssystems
