Data Science Managing Analyst

On our team, you’ll use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll guide and mentor your team as you oversee the development of algorithms and systems. You’ll use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to advise your clients as they make informed decisions. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to use data science solutions to help your clients meet their toughest challenges. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in a senior level organizational project management role, including corporate or government, such as OSD or Joint Staff
5+ years of experience managing the application of analytic techniques to solve operational or policy implementation-based problems, including requirements gathering, methodology development, implementation, and program management
5+ years of experience designing, executing, and delivering data analyses leveraging statistics, mathematics, data and database engineering, machine learning, or data visualization
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice To Have:
8+ years of experience in a senior level organizational project management role, including corporate or government, such as OSD or Joint Staff
5+ years of experience operating within a government organization
Bachelor's degree in in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred; Master’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics a plus
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
