The Sales Lead for Vietnam is responsible for driving sales of GfK’s (by NIQ Company) retail audits and digital ad-hoc solutions with specific focus on point-of-sale within local domestic market. He/ she would also be effectively managing key client accounts to ensure overall client satisfaction with GfK (by NIQ Company) services, thereby achieving continuous revenue growth for the business. 

Responsibilities:  

• Achieve country sales target and manage accounts with new and existing clients 
• Strategize the business selling approach with focus on the Tech & Durables industry 
• Identify and develop the growth opportunity values using GfK tracking data based on the client needs 
• Analyze and present our data and findings in order to create a need to increase selling opportunities to existing and potential clients 
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key decisionmakers within existing and potential clients 
• Build and maintain C-suite level engagement to increase upsell opportunities 
• Identify potential problems and propose pro-active solutions to meet client needs

• Research and develop documents related to the embedded and automotive domains
• Create research plans (time, definition of user groups, methods, activities, data storage)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products
• First and second level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction
• Provide prompt responses to IT related questions from end-users
• Reliable documentation of all end-user interactions in customer ticket system ‘Service Now’ (e.g., incidents, requests)
• Create, maintain, utilize knowledge articles
• Provide IT onboarding trainings to new starters
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Language skills: fluent Vietnamese, fluent English, other languages are a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized
• Team player and supportive personality
• Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus (e.g. GxP)
