The post holder will provide clinical management and operational leadership for the research practitioner workforce working across the Trust, which will include all aspects of research. The post holder will be responsible for leading the research practice, research skills, development and training of the research practitioner workforce within the Trust. The post holder will ensure the implementation of team objectives to enhance the performance and development of the research practitioner team and act as a role model for the research practitioner team. Leadership and management of a newly formed team within the Research and Development Department. What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Science Department as a Science Technician. Each day you will provide administrative and technical support to the Science Department to ensure that all apparatus and equipment is available and set up to meet the daily timetable requirements covering KS3 to KS4.

The working hours are from 8.00am to 4.00pm, with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays, during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 5 days per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. You will be paid on Scale Point 4 which is £23114 full time equivalent. Your actual salary is £19850 per annum dependant on our start date, based on working 37 hours per week, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

We are looking for an experienced science technician who is very organised, is confident with cleaning and maintaining equipment and stock levels, and is an effective team worker with a helpful and positive attitude in a busy environment.

SIA has multiple positions for junior and senior data scientists to drive our AI, data science and business analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Member of an in-house AI and data science development team that works on AI (including areas in generative AI, autonomous agent, NLP, computer vision and recommender system), mathematical optimization, game theory, and experimental design.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to create impactful and intelligent features/services in AI, data science and data analytics. Propose and build scalable ML/DL solutions. Deploy them as API microservices for use by software applications and business users for faster and more effective decision making.

Requirements
