The Director, Products & Portfolio will be responsible for overseeing the entire Star Alliance Products Portfolio lifecycle. Job Summary

Products Portfolio Strategy and Lifecycle management:

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day L2 support of banking application software. In case any errors are detected by the bank operations department (L1 support), you are required to find the recovery solution, working together with your colleagues, the outsourcing vendor, the bank IT department, and the counterparty of the head office, if necessary. • Once the bank decides to launch a project for change request functions raised by users, or dealing with End of Life scenarios such as operating systems, database management software, and hardware, you will take on the role of project manager.
