Job Brief:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing IT operations, leading the team, managing infrastructure and projects, ensuring security, and maintaining service accounts. This role ensures efficient system performance aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including server management, networking, storage, and domain server operations.
• Manage both internal and public software applications, ensuring proper licensing and regular updates.
• Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage the list of service subscriptions and vendor accounts, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Experience with web administration is a plus, contributing to web infrastructure management.
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, ensuring IT strategies align with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of team management experience and 5 years of IT operations.
• Experience in internal project management
• Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Programming language of Java, Bootstrap, Framework 4.0, Jquery will be a plus.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be a plus.
• Familiar with Visual basic, HTML, ASP Classic
• Proficiency in managing hardware, software, and network Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the finance team and managing the financial health of the organization. This role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and effective financial strategies to support the company's objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and cashflow to ensure financial health.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
• To track and control monthly expenditure, monitor and verify all contracts and payments before cheque signatory signs
• To manage a portfolio of investment properties, including rental collection, sale of properties, tenant management, new property inspections, property maintenance, etc
• To liaise with bankers on the opening of bank accounts, monitoring bank loans & banking facilities, and explore relevant investment products
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Knowledge of full set account & accounting system 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
• Solid accounting & internal control skills & tax knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
