Graduate Programme
This will be a 2-year programme providing you with valuable exposure and insight into Veolia services and strategic Veolia projects. You will be supporting and developing projects across the Total Waste Management portfolio, whilst developing an understanding of the role of the SCM and CM.
As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will go through a structured development programme, undertaking leadership, management, soft skills and safety modules with your graduate cohort.
What will you be doing?
- Innovation and Development support
- IT development (Supporting integration of Customer Hub)
- Introducing Sustainability Reporting - Carbon Footprint/Electric Vehicles
- Develop an understanding of how Total Waste Management works across Customer sites
- Supporting projects to automate reporting
- Undertaking Duty of Care audits on 3rd Party sites
- Understanding the roles within Total Waste Management from Operative to Senior Contract Manager
What are we looking for?
- Degree level qualification in Science or Environmental based (a minimum of 2:1 to be achieved by Sept 2024)
- IT Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Driving licence
- Working knowledge of Google systems (Desirable)
- Waste Management or environmental knowledge (Desirable)
