About the role:
Our Activate Business School team have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive Subject Matter Expert to join the team. This new post will be supporting the creation of a pioneering programme for a cohort of Marketing Executive apprentices at Level 4. Your subject matter expertise will be skilfully combined with an excellent knowledge of how best to engage learners.
Working closely with the Head of Delivery for Business School, you will map, plan and design all aspects of the taught apprenticeship programme of delivery. This programme will offer learners an outstanding experience as they gain the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in preparation for their End Point Assessment. As a starting point, you will have access to our current apprenticeship delivery models that embody best practice in terms of design, delivery, compliance and engagement.
This is a fixed term, full or part-time role working up to 40 hours per week until August 2024. An immediate start is preferred as the main apprenticeship programme will start in early September and we would like the bulk of the work to be completed by this time. The role is preferably hybrid, with some days spent working on a local college campus and some days based from home, with regular project progress meetings both online and in-person by arrangement.
There is the possibility of the successful candidate for this role taking on the planned part-time role for the actual delivery of this apprenticeship standard over the following 18 months.
What do you need to be successful in this role?

As a Finance Officer – Sales Ledger, you will play a vital role in managing the financial records of our college. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on maintaining accurate sales ledger records, ensuring timely invoicing, and managing credit control processes. You will work closely with the related stakeholders to ensure that outstanding debts are collected promptly and efficiently, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Salary: 20k basic – 45k uncapped OTE + CAR + BENEFITS

You will need to have Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive experience in a main or franchised car dealership. You must have a full and clean UK driving license.

Duties of car sales executive / vehicle sales executive :
• Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
