The University is seeking an experienced Information Compliance Officer to join our Information Security and Compliance Team within the Governance and Assurance department.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Compliance and Data Protection Officer, the Information Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the University’s compliance with UK GDPR, Freedom of Information, Records Management and Information Security regulations.

As an Information Compliance Officer, you will:

Manage the team’s caseload of FOIA requests, SARs, and other Information Rights Requests, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and exemptions are applied appropriately.
Investigate potential data protection breaches, liaising with the DPO as required.
Provide expertise advice, guidance, and training to colleagues on FOIA, data protection, general information compliance and good practice in records management.
Support the DPO and the Senior Information Compliance Officers with operational tasks and escalate complex issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to information compliance activities.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and writing abilities enabling them to draft clear and concise responses, presentations and guidance. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who has extensive experience of mental health services to join the senior leadership team as Associate Director of Quality. The post holder provides senior leadership, oversight, and expert knowledge on the Quality agenda across the organisation, to ensure service user experience and quality is prioritised and characterize the work of the Trust.

This role is integral to ensuring the Trust’s compliance with legislation and national, local and Trust systems, frameworks, and standards. The Associate Director of Quality will support the Deputy Chief Nurse with outward facing elements of the quality agenda including working with the Integrated Care System (ICS), CQC and NHSE, Local Authority, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) and other provider organisations.

The role has responsibility for designing control systems for power generation, protection systems and rotating machinery. Specifically, this will include genset and power station control, electrical-mechanical protection and turbine controls (gas, steam, hydro).
• Perform, and lead, complex software/hardware TSP creation, test setups/troubleshooting, engine calibration, emissions testing, testing of customer/internal hardware/software.
• Create and update BOM's, wiring diagrams, drawings, electrical schematics, test plans, training material, creation of O&M manuals for customers.
• Supervise FAT and SAT.
• Coordinate project milestones/project scope and ensures activities associated with the PLC process and department level procedures are adhered to.
• Mentor and assist level 1 and 2 engineers.
• Participate or lead projects in analyzing and sizing of third party internal/external products and definition.

We are looking for an experienced care assistant to work weekdays in a day service within the Worksop area which offers services for adults who require close support and supervision.

The service offers a range of stimulating activities designed to meet the individual service users support need while providing new experiences in a safe environment.
