Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Support the development and implementation of compliance processes
• Help prepare compliance reports and documentation for regulatory purposes

• Pursing a degree in in business, finance, law, or a related field

• Skills in the Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare Quality Manager to join our dynamic team to oversee and enhance the quality standards across our clinical and operational processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely directly with the CEO and top-level management and contribute to the company's strategic vision within the healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, improving patient care outcomes, and optimising operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare quality management, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to drive initiatives that ensure the highest standards of care.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs tailored to the clinical and hospital environment.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, operational managers, and leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
• Conduct thorough audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure clinical processes adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
• Analyse clinical data and operational metrics for trends and performance anomalies, driving quality improvements in patient safety and care outcomes.
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of clinical operations, working closely with relevant teams to align with industry standards and patient care goals.
• Provide detailed reports and direct feedback to executive leadership regarding quality metrics and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee and audit clinical and operational quality, ensuring that all procedures meet healthcare regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and improvement plans across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies (e.g., JCI, Ministry of Health) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Lead the organisation in accreditation and certification processes, including preparation and follow-up on assessments.
• Collect, analyse, and present quality performance data, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) for both clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate training programs to ensure staff understand and adhere to quality standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance throughout the organisation.
• Conduct regular internal audits to monitor compliance with internal and external standards and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare quality management to continuously refine and improve processes.

• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in clinical operations and quality management, or similar role in the healthcare sector.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards applicable to healthcare.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing quality assurance programs in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and influence decisions at a senior management level.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making in clinical operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the Joint Commission, CMS, and other healthcare compliance standards.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Plan-Do-Study-Act, Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities:

• Recognize and identify risk control points to compliance processes, including AML-CFT risk ratings, KYC onboarding, ongoing screening and maintenance of customer business relationships, and transaction monitoring
• Implementation of testing frameworks to provide assurance that compliance processes are adequately robust and are being carried out in line with the company’s policies
• Working with the Regional Head of Compliance to identify and map the current compliance operational processes against regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Independently assess and recommend enhancements, reviews, recalibration of system parameters with justification and documentations
• Preparation and monitoring of key risk indicators for presentation to management, following up with remediation(s) and/or process improvement initiatives
• Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to further identify new key risk areas.
• Handle periodic internal and external audit requests, serving as the single point of contact and bridging the audit team with respective local MLROs
• Manage group-wide exercises and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders on items such as enterprise-wide risk assessment, business continuity testing and technology risk management
• Assist the Regional Head of Compliance in the preparation and ownership of group-level AML-CFT frameworks and processes
• Serve as the liaison point for RFIs from counterparties and financial institutions, assisting with investigations and preparation of responses on an ongoing basis

• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end compliance process, governance, and risk controls
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience within a bank with coverage in Financial Markets products
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced analytical skills and cognitive process
• Ability to both work independently and collaborate with team members
• Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects and portfolios

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Engineering Intern to play a pivotal role in our Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a mix of automated and manual tests to ensure the superior quality of our trade booking, client onboarding systems, and new system implementations. You will also contribute to key DevOps responsibilities, ensuring our platforms are highly efficient and reliable.

• Develop and execute automated UI, integration and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Playwright
• Perform manual testing where necessary, ensuring comprehensive coverage
• Ensure overall test quality and progress on track covering frontend and backend
• Create detailed test plans and cases for new and existing software features
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes of failures
• Work collaboratively with the development and tech-ops teams to address defects
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to enhance system efficiency and reliability
• Deliver reports detailing test coverage, optimization strategies, and system improvement insights
• Participate in DevOps tasks, including system integration, configuration management and CI/CD processes

• Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering or related fields.

• Familiar with API automation testing/UI-automation testing, server-side stress testing, and performance testing is a plus. 
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C# etc.
• Familiar with quality assurance methodology and understanding of CI/CD.
• In-depth understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Knowledge of trading platform nuances is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and communicate effectively across departments.
