About our role: As Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with our Partnerships Manager to deliver campaigns to support QA Higher Education in growing its university partnership community. This role is key to supporting our growth ambitions.
You'll be experienced in managing online and offline engagement campaigns and producing copy to support these.
You'll have a varied workload, from writing B2B content and collateral, to managing QA Higher Education's webinars, exhibitions and sponsorships at several sector events throughout the year. Ownership over B2B events will mean a little travel - mostly within the UK but may occasionally take you overseas.

Support the delivery of collateral to facilitate conversations with key sector audiences - this may include flyers, brochures, pitch decks, bid support and case studies.
Brief in any external agencies or internal stakeholders as appropriate ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and execute on all requirements to run a successful exhibit, sponsorship or webinar.
This may include:
Working closely with Designers to create exhibit backdrops and banners.
Managing exhibit set-up and tear down
Project managing stakeholders like internal subject matter experts to curate content to support event sessions.
Support campaign reporting on key metrics as agreed.

Bring your experience:
B2B marketing experience desirable
Demonstrable experience of copy writing for marketing assets (online and offline)
Experience managing events-based marketing campaigns (e.g. webinars, conference exhibits or receptions)
Experience using an email marketing platform would be highly advantageous but not required

Key Responsibilities

Maintain an acceptable time keeping track record, ensure that start & finish times are adhered to, as directed by the PAT Manager.

The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a Compliance Officer to facilitate contractual compliance through methodical and procedural validation of evidence, systems and data relating to claims and performance submissions and ensure risk is mitigated through adherence to programme guidance and rules.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.

This is a Fixed Term role till 30th September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Use bespoke electronic system(s) daily to audit all evidence relating to participant and employer data.
Check and assure that evidence is compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements prior to submission to funding body and approve financial and performance claims.
Work within strict data security protocols and ensuring adherence to GDPR at all times and suggest remedial action for non-compliance.
Support with preparation and facilitation of various audits (internal / external / quality assurance).
Respond to queries by various mediums such as phone, Skype, messaging, email in a clear an articulate manner.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism are kept at all times, leading by example.
Liaise with internal and external partners as appropriate using various forms of communication.
Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets and deadlines.
Raising payments and purchase orders using internal financial systems.
Working on and communicating with internal finance department systems and processes.
About you:

A warm, approachable style to delivery is required in order to build relationships and rapport.
Organisational and multi-tasking skills to effectively balance time and priorities.
Well-developed IT skills, including and understanding of computerised management information systems, spreadsheets, diary management and email.
Ability to accurately disseminate information in a clear concise manner.
Must have a methodical approach and an ‘eye for detail’.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Skills Required:

Knowledge of Compliance and audit functions, Risk assessment
Administrative systems and processes
History of working in a compliance role or similar position with comparable duties and responsibilities.
Experience of working on publicly funded contracts within the Employment, Justice, or Skills sectors.
Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators.
Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel where required.
The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Willingness to undertake training as required.

FLT Licence needed

The position is a full time/permanent recycling machine operator, firstly operating and feeding the pressing and bailing machine with future training on other processes. A FLT licence is needed for this role.
All temps will be started on a temp to perm basis and previous waste industry would be an advantage as they want someone use to working in the type of environment they have (very dirty and almost outdoor work)


Ideally candidates will have a waste/recycling background however this is not essential as training will be provided on all machinery, this is a very rugged environment with focus on timekeeping and health and safety being paramount.

This is a genuine 12 week temporary contract leading to a full time position on successful completion of this period.

Hours of work are 08.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00-15.00 Friday with 2 x 15 minute and 1 half hour break daily or after training the option of 06.00-18.00 and 18.00-06.00 is available Monday to Friday.

The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour PAYE with 28 days holiday
