The post holder will be responsible for the systematic identification, recording and evaluation of risks arising from non-compliance with statutory legislation relating to buildings, services, plant and equipment.

Role: Senior Service Delivery Specialist (Project Co-Ordinator)
Fixed Term Contract 12 months initial (FTC)
Location: Cheltenham - commutable

In this role you will act as the first point of contact and providing high quality support to specified clients. Your focus will be to co-ordinate internal resources to ensure key tasks are delivered in line with required learning outcomes and in accordance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Liaise internally with colleagues to ensure all quality standards are achieved.
Maintain strong relationships with members of the client team.
Produce insightful reports for clients to support the management of their programmes and events.
Raise issues that may impact the RAID log
Escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them.
Deliver high levels of customer service to assist the wider sales team in developing strategic client relationships.

Key Skills / Experience Required:
Great Microsoft Office - including Excel using vlook up, pivot tables highly desirable
Experience within a highly client-centric environment, servicing a wide range of offerings
Working to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
Experience of implementing improvements to business process
Experience in offering solutions to more complex queries

What you’ll do:

• Manage right to work checks for new starters, ensuring satisfactory documentation has been provided and if necessary case manage until relevant documentation has been provided.
