As a Health Scientist Administrator, you will be:

1. Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative for grants and contracts that focus on Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project.
2. Collaborating on the preparation, presentation, and dissemination of scientific findings.
3. Serving as a technical expert supporting the Agency data development and research that uses clinical administrative health data.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-14, you will be:

1. Serving as a Senior Management and Program Analyst.
2. Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and evaluate the administrative operations to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Providing consultative services to senior level officials.

• The duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Reviews biosafety and containment protocols; security infrastructure; incident response procedures and protocols; records; and evaluates data and research methodologies.
• Accesses registered spaces that may be actively conducting classified research and interviewing Principal Investigators and laboratorians who are performing classified research projects.
• Schedules, organizes, and conducts entity inspections of facilities to determine compliance with applicable biosafety, security, and incident response.
• Provides a written report along with all applicable checklists and documentation as needed with recommendations on all inspection findings to a staff officer.
• Reviews, analyzes and approves requests made by registered entities for changes to their registration or new registered facilities as needed for work conducted with select agents and toxins.

The National Security Agency (NSA) currently has opportunities for highly motivated Industrial Control System (ICS) Specialists/Engineers to provide expertise in the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of new and renovated electrical and mechanical infrastructure. This position has two areas of focus, one within Design and Engineering (D&E) and the other with Operations and Maintenance (O&M).

As an ICS Specialist/Engineer within D&E, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams encompassing project managers, stakeholders, and contractors throughout the entirety of the project life-cycle, including close coordination with O&M. You will also be responsible for the development and review of designs, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates for power monitoring and control of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, energy management monitoring, and ICS cybersecurity.

As an ICS Specialist/Engineer within O&M, you will work closely with ICS Specialists who support many facets of the Industrial Control Systems in the Facilities Control Center (FCC), which is a 24/7 operations center where facilities systems can be effectively monitored and maintained. The ICS team supports power monitoring and control, energy management monitoring and control, the transport network and various Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) hardware, components, software, and applications to ensure a robust secure operation of the overall system.

You will be responsible for conducting regular audits based on ISO 9001:2015 protocols to ensure compliance. You will determine and monitor quality metrics for all manufacturing procedure and oversee the entire production cycle, identifying and reporting any malfunctions or deviations from quality standards. You will Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions. You will maintain and improve the QMS systems.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems. You will have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
